The Returns Service is Absolutely Appalling

The Returns Service is appalling. An item arrived with the Do Not Remove or we will not Refund Label already off, lying separate to the dress so if it did not work, you had no choice but to keep - sadly it did not suite me but I had no choice but to keep it. I also returned one item 11 November 2023 and still no refund received. I returned two dresses 22 November and as at 12 December no credit received. The Customer Service Number for returns has a permanent voice message on it, even though it operates UK hours so are 5 hours behind me in the USA, whenever you telephone you are told the switchboard is now closed even within UK work hours. Furthermore, you are encouraged to keep the item and not return it they deduct $20.00 from the amount to be credited back to cover postage (!) however if you are prepared to return it and opt for a credit note they will add $20.00 to the amount! This is such a shame that Saint & Sofia behave like this because I have kept at least 10 items over the last year I have been happy with, but this is such a bad experience on Returns, I wont take the risk of ordering again.

I am very sorry you are feeling this way.

I have looked into your returns, and these have been processed for you. My apologies for any delay - we hadn't been notified by the warehouse of the returns.

In regards to the phone - the UK is 5 hours ahead of you, and so the office may have been closed when you called.

As for returns - we do charge $20 for a label fee if you want to return for a refund. However, we do state you can use your own return label from the courier of your choice. We do offer free returns for exchange or store credit.
