Il numero giusto sarebbe zero stelle

Il numero giusto sarebbe zero stelle, una è troppo. Mi è stata consegnata un auto a noleggio lungo termine, tralasciamo il mese di ritardo, ma con zero carica e serbatoio di benzina praticamente vuota. Alla consegna gli indicatori erano entrambi a zero, ho preso l’auto e dopo 300mt sono rimasto a secco di fronte al centro consegna. Sembra una barzelletta ma non lo è.

any contact with the indicated email ends up with a copy and paste answer. you are unwilling and I say again unwilling to resolve any matter, your staff is rude, they don't even understand our issue, no intention to correct any genuine mistake made by customers. zero interest from you for the customer only for their money, I will keep advising any one and everywhere to stay away of your tricky and fooly subscriptions

Be very careful of the auto renewal of your contract, is hidden and automatic so you may end up in a binding year contract for a service that you don't need and is very poor, associated also with very very poor customer service

Seien Sie sehr vorsichtig bei der automatischen Vertragsverlängerung. Sie erfolgt versteckt und automatisch, sodass Sie möglicherweise einen verbindlichen Jahresvertrag für einen Service abschließen, den Sie nicht benötigen und der sehr schlecht ist, und der auch mit einem sehr, sehr schlechten Kundenservice verbunden ist.

I wrote you many emails and unlike what you said you are completely unwilling to cancel and stop my subscription so I'm not going to send you another email. you know my name and details if you want to correct what it was overlooked you can cancel and stop my subscription NOW. you don't need another email, you just want to show off here your good intentions to readers, but you have none of them, you have zero intentions to correct the overlooked issue and you told me already that my subscription will not be over until the end of this year, so ripping me off money, also threatening debt collector.
finally you have hundreds of bad reviews about the same issue, meaning that you indications of how the subscriptions work are not clear to many people.

Very very very bad

Very very very bad, after multiple email they keep sending the same identical anonimous email, as well as the way they keep answering here to negative reviews, always the same, identical.
I even offered them more than half of the amount between 3 months and 12 months in order to close my account and contract immediately. with my offer the were earning more money than what they would have earned if I subscribed for 3 months, instead of 12 by mistake which they don't care ton recognise.
the reply to this offer was as per above, the same identical anonimous email
stay away from them and stay away from subscription as they trap you into long term expensive contract giving you very little in exchange

Sehr, sehr, sehr schlecht! Nach mehreren E-Mails senden sie immer wieder dieselbe anonyme E-Mail, und auch hier antworten sie immer gleich auf negative Bewertungen.
Ich habe ihnen sogar mehr als die Hälfte des Betrags für 3 bis 12 Monate angeboten, um mein Konto und meinen Vertrag sofort zu kündigen. Mit meinem Angebot verdienten sie mehr, als sie verdient hätten, wenn ich ein 3-Monats-Abo abgeschlossen hätte, statt eines für 12 Monate – aus Versehen, was sie nicht wahrhaben wollen.
Die Antwort auf dieses Angebot war wie oben beschrieben: dieselbe anonyme E-Mail.
Halten Sie sich von ihnen fern und vermeiden Sie Abonnements, da sie Sie in teure Langzeitverträge locken, bei denen Sie nur sehr wenig bekommen.

you already had a look, I sent many emails, and always received the same answer by you, you don't care about genuine mistakes although they were due to my non native German speaking, my German speaking is zero, I used a translator and I missed, and eventually many other people missed the subscriptions tricks

scam tactics to bind people and rip their money off

Ihre Website ist Betrug, sie ist betrügerisch. Sie haben eine automatische Verlängerung des monatlichen Abonnements eingerichtet, ohne dass die Kunden es merken. Sie betrügen, betrügen und stehlen Geld.

Seien Sie vorsichtig mit dieser Website und abonnieren Sie kein Abonnement. Wenn Sie dies tun, deaktivieren Sie die automatische Verlängerung. Andernfalls zahlen Sie möglicherweise ein Jahr lang für einen nutzlosen Service, den Sie nach 5 Minuten vielleicht nicht einmal mehr benötigen.

Your website is a fraud, is fraudulent, you setup auto-renewal of the monthly subscription without customers knowing that, you are tricking, ripping and stealing money from people.
People be careful of this website don’t subscribe, or if you do, make sure to disable the auto renewal or you may find yourself stuck even for a year paying for a useless service, that you might not even need after 5 minutes.

Also they refuse to cancel my account and deactivate my access and stop asking money even though I never login into my account

They have less than zero customer care and satisfaction and are just money oriented, definitely not customers oriented.

You should take good care of your customers who made genuine mistake, if you treat people like, means your customers count nothing to you

I see that all the bad reviews are about the same issue, they bind people and they refuse to cancel, also their reply is always the same and I doubt that any issue was solved.

Ich würde 0 Sterne vergeben

Ich würde 0 Sterne vergeben, wenn ich könnte. Bei einem Monatsabonnement ist nicht klar, dass man für ein Jahr zahlt. Selbst wenn man den Dienst vor Monatsende nicht mehr benötigt, wird er erst am Jahresende gekündigt und man muss zahlen. Das ist ein verdammter Abzocker.
Das ist ein großer Betrug. Finger weg
Ich habe bereits viele E-Mails mit der Aufforderung verschickt, mein Konto und meinen Vertrag sofort zu schließen, aber sie weigern sich bis zum Jahresende, dies zu tun. Ich erwäge, rechtliche Schritte gegen sie einzuleiten, um meine Verbraucherrechte zu schützen.

Update: Ich reiche bereits eine Klage bei der Verbraucherzentrale ein und konsultiere einen Anwalt.

Sie haben nicht die Absicht, einen Fehler in gutem Glauben zu akzeptieren. Übrigens bin ich kein deutscher Muttersprachler und Ihre Site ist auf Deutsch, sie ist nicht englischfreundlich.

Metto una stella ma se potessi ne metterei 0.
Pessimo e inadeguato servizio.
Sto cercando da un mese di trasferire la mia posizione da una filiale all'altra. Ignoti problemi tecnici rendono impossibile l'operazione con le due filiali che si rimpallano la responsabilità'. Da quando ho deciso di spostarmi, la filiale vecchia ha smesso di rispondere alle mail, mi sono trovato costretto ad aprire un nuovo conto nella nuova filiale, e anche un semplice spostamento di carta di credito e' un operazione impossibile. Per tanto dovrò' chiuderla e aprirne un altra, non sono stati nemmeno in grado di fare spostamento utenze, ho dovuto farlo da solo direttamente con gli enti coinvolti. Sto seriamente pensando di cambiare banca.

Attenzione alla compagnia Noleggiare, statene lontani mai piu' !!! /Be careful to this company, scammers, stay away !!!!

Ho noleggiato in data 28 Febbraio 2024 un veicolo, all’aeroporto di Fiumicino, con la compagnia Noleggiare.it; il noleggio è avvenuto tramite broker, Discovercars.it.
Ho documentato tramite fotografia tutti i danni già presenti al momento del ritiro del veicolo, ma un danno in particolare, documentato fotograficamente da me e dall’addetto della compagnia noleggiatrice, non era riportato nel foglio danni in uscita, evento al quale, sbagliando, non ho dato molta importanza.
Al momento della riconsegna proprio quel danno, mi è stato contestato, contestazione che ho respinto in quanto in possesso di fotografie antecedenti (12 giorni prima) che testimoniano la presenza del danno già al momento del mio ritiro.
Inoltre mi è stato addebitato un secondo danno che mi vedo costretto ad accettare in quanto non ho a disposizione materiale fotografico che ne dimostri la presenza al ritiro veicolo.
Ho il forte dubbio che anche questo danno fosse già presente e mi sia sfuggito durante il ritiro, visto come questa compagnia si comporta. Faccio presente il primo danno, fotografo io e fotografa l’addetto della compagnia, ma poi non lo riporta sul foglio in uscita e poi lo addebitano alla riconsegna.
Chiaramente tutte le compagnie di noleggio cercano di guadagnare coi danni, dal momento che i noleggi, soprattutto quelli avvenuti con broker, tipo il suddetto, portano ben poco introito alle compagnie, che quando non riescono a vendere le carissime assicurazioni che propongono, cercano di fare cassa attraverso queste pratiche disoneste e truffaldine.
Non c’è bisogno di dire che sono uno di quei clienti che insoddisfatto una volta, ma più insoddisfatto, perché’ nel libero mercato c’è possibilità di scegliere e come già fatto in passato con un'altra compagnia, che in quel caso si rifiutava di riportare danni già presenti in uscita, prima del ritiro, non mi vedranno più.
Resto ora in attesa di conoscere l’ammontare dell’addebito effettivo, nella speranza che la compagnia noleggiatrice esegua la riparazione del danno, in quanto la compagnia assicuratrice richiedere la fattura finale e non risarcisce se è presente solo un preventivo

I rented a car in Rome Fiumicino Airport on date 28 February 2024, with Noleggiare.it rental-car company. The rent was finalized through the Broker Discovercars.it.
At the check-out time, when picking-up the vehicle I documented by photos all the damages already present on the car. Eventually one specific damage, which was also documented by me and by the rental company representative, was not reported on the damages sheet that I received by email. Erroneously I gave this even very little importance, and trusted the honesty of the company.
At check-in time, when returning the vehicle, I was charged for two damages; one of them (guess what) was exactly this one, and I refused this charge due to the fact I had photos in my possession showing that the damage was already there 12 days before when the car has been collected.
Furthermore, I second damage was charged to me, and I’m obliged to accept this charge as unfortunately I have no photo evidence of the presence of this damage ahead of my collection.
Given the behavior of the company with the first damage, I have a very strong feeling and belief that the damage could be there already and I might have missed it, however I accept my responsibility for that. The first damage was documented by me and the company’s representative but still not present on the damage sheet.
I’m fully aware, as a frequent renter, that most, if not all, rental companies tend to make profit and gain by selling very expensive insurance policies, especially when the customer rent cars through brokers, leaving small earning for the rental companies themselves, and when those policies are refused by the customers, since they might have already a full coverage policy with the broker, then the renters try to make cash by charging a damage multiple times to several different customers.
Needless to say that I’m one of those customers that if it’s unsatisfied once, it will never ever be as in the free and competitive market there is plenty of choice possibilities, therefore like I did in the past, when a rental company refused to report damages before the collection, they will never see me anymore.
I’m now waiting to know the final amount that will be charged to me, hoping that the rental company will repair the damages debited to me, because otherwise the insurance will not refund me with the sole availability of a damage quotation, as they require a final repair invoice.

Worst bank ever

Where shall I start from? Probably from the fact that if i could, I would have given 0 stars.
This is the worst bank I ever had to deal with, in my life.
I've been an expat for many years and I've never been treated this way, not even from the worst bank.
Let's start by saying that they have a primitive web banking/app system, something that reminds me the '90 or '80. An app and a website that could have been written with Commodore 64 back in the age, when internet was invented.
I have app and web banking from other banks and what you can do on HSBC is barely 5% of what you can do with the others.
You can hardly do anything on the app or the web banking, without sending an email from their internal system or dealing with a phone banking.
You cannot even update your phone number or address. Nothing.
Phone banking is just another primitive, very old and dismissed by all, technology.
Let alone, that in order to access all this "Futuristic" technology you will need a token bigger than an apple watch screen that you will always need to have with you.
Should you have a problem with a credit card you are not able to block it online, something that is very important to do quickly, especially in the event of theft.
You need to call from the other corner of the world spending more on the phone than what a thief is stealing with your credit card.
Debit card unusable online in the country where I live.
Both credit card and debit card unavailable for Apple Pay.
One day my debit card was blocked for no reasons and with no notice, they claimed it was some sort of maintenance, card was new, just few days old. The customer center on the phone was completely useless and I had to go to the branch to fix this issue, luckily it was not weekend.Another sign of middle-age mindset of HSBC.
I've been trying for 45 days to open an expat account, and bear in mind that I completely satisfy all the requirements to have one.In fact if I try to apply for an expat account through their HSBC Expat website the system will let me complete my application as I fulfil all the requirements.
Friends of mine, living in the same country where I'm living now, got their expat account opened in 5 to 7 days without questions of any kind, just a picture and a passport copy.
In my case I've been dealing with them for 45 days with no end in-sight, and i'm honestly now tired of this joke and I'm going to end up any relationship with HSBC sooner than later.
With regards to the expat account they have been keeping asking questions of sensitive nature, personal questions and detailed questions about my financial and economic situation.
I have nothing to hide, and I know I've always been acting legally, so i provided all the info they wanted, but now enough is enough. They keep asking without any justified reason and without stopping.
They even asked me about the origin of my funds on my country's bank, how i earned them, how much, what type of investments, how long they are for, how much i'm making or not making with them, and all this sort of personal related and confidential questions.
Next time they will probably ask me what I had for dinner yesterday.
Needless to say that my past financial history has nothing to do with them, I've never been a HSBC customer before, I never had money held by them or transiting through any of their account.
In conclusion I will do all the best in my power to keep whoever will ask me advise, away from this bunch of muppets, making sure nobody will ever deal or open any kind of account with them.
And all this having a premier account.
There must be a reason if more than 80% of reviews are bad with a total of 88% including the poor review.
Stay away as much as you can.
I'm surprised that they never went out of business.

stay away from this rubbish

absolutely and incredibly poor service
never ever anymore
i bought a ticket with them, they took my money immediately but took 24 hours to issue the ticket
after 24 hours still no ticket
they sent me an email saying that the flight was cancelled and could not be ticketed....it was a huge LIE!!!!! the flight became overbooked because they were slow to issue the ticket, therefore my reservation was cancelled and now the refund is pending....stay away from this rubbish agency, they are thieves and liars

Ho noleggiato tramite il portale vehicle-rent.com un veicolo in Islanda acquistando anche l'assicurazione completa.
Durante il noleggio ho subito un danno, ho contattato prontamente vehicle-rent.com per sapere come procedere al rimborso, mi hanno risposto nel giro di pochi minuti sia alla prima che alla seconda mail.
Nella mail in cui invece ho inoltrato i documenti per il rimborso non hanno mai risposto,ho mandato piu' mail per sapere se avessero ricevuto i documenti e quali fossero le tempistiche per il rimborso e sono ancora in attesa di una risposta.
Inoltre il servizio chat sul sito e' veramente scarso a volte sembra che ti prendano in giro o facciano di proposito i vaghi.
Quando chiedi informazioni su rimborso spariscono o dirottano la discussione.
Appena ho lasciato feedback negativo per la chat l'operatore e' rientrato.
Anche la conoscenza della lingua inglese degli operatori chat lascia molto a desiderare.
PESSIMI.
Per il momento la mia opinione e' MAI PIU'....NEVER EVER ANYMORE STAY AWAY

Just an update: i was contacted today by phone by one of their customer agent and the case is being dealt with so it should be resolved soon.
I have to say that vehicle-rent pays attention to customer review and satisfaction and improve the service and dedication when required so i honestly feel the need to update my evaluation and eventually update it again at the end of the process

i received the payment as promised.
