Delivery and fitting i thought ok

Delivery and fitting i thought ok, started using the vented tumble dryer and laundry room was steaming up, when i looked the hose had come off the outlet.
When old tumble dryer was removed the clip holding the hose to the vent would have had to be unscrewed to release the hose, new hose was unsecured to the vent so kept falling off, i have had to buy a new clip and secure the hose myself .
I have informed AO but have had no response

I'm sorry that you've had issues with the installation of your dryer, however we don't disconnect or connect vented dryers unfortunately. I have also checked all areas of correspondence and can't locate any messages informing us of this issue too sadly, however if you do need our help please contact us on 0161 470 1200. We’re open between 8am-7pm Monday-Friday and 8am-5pm at Weekends.

Then getting letter to say to processed you need to get number from parking company, if my response had been read, the parking company have refused to give me.They say we learn through our mistakes,this is no longer worth my time
Guess what, had reply to my post, I have written letters to popla got word for word same reply

Thought I would have a chance at being…

Thought I would have a chance at being listen to, sent letter explained I could not get 10 digit code from smart parking, sent a standard reply telling me to go online to submit appeal, could see not read my letter.

WARNING

WARNING. made the biggest mistake, appealed was not informed the charge would be frozen until appeal looked at, frightened that i would have to pay extra so paid within 14 days.
Now it has been rejected as i paid, yet i rung smart parking and was told they would look at appeal and inform me of outcome.

Stress free recovery

Easy to use site, broke down when visiting relation with my grandson, given a rough time of 90 minutes. Tow truck driver rung within this time to inform me he was 10 minutes away also had call from 2gether. Driver could not have been more helpful, i was concerned as the garage i use is up a stone track, no problems for the driver. Thank you
