Engineer polite and professional but ...

Engineer when he arrived was very polite and professional however difficult to contact Baxi when our boiler went wrong and took 24 hours to fix it. Impossible to book an emergency repair on line. Also mix up between Baxi and their contractor as another engineers came as the previous repair had not been removed from the system.

Still at it then!

We have now been free of this shower for a few months having had one of the worst on line service shambles ever experienced. I note that they are still unable to provide even a modicum of integrity and still repeat the same old "customer service" twaddle as before. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Hey ho, ame old same old!

We see that they are still up to their old tricks of apalling service and unmerchantable quality products. We have given up hope of getting any real
satisfaction since all the plants we finally received after two months were dead. May we suggest that some of the many utterly disatisfied customers get a class action launched through Trading Standards. On our part we wish all those who have suffered or are suffering at their hands get at least a modicum of satisfaction.

More Marshall's Grief

May I point out that Marshall's have made No attempt to contact us at any time regarding their terminally poor service. I have asked for my money back and was told that this was not possible under THEIR terms. I am wating for a brief from my daughter who is a lecturer in commercial law and I anticipate a flood of County Court claims if what she has already indicated is confirmed.

I wish I had visited this site before…

I wish I had visited this site before I bothered to place an order with this utterly dysfunctional operation. Mid April odered and paid for over £50 worth of pond plants. No confirmation of receipt of order then told delivery would be beginning of May. After 14th May asked for refund told this was not possible as items were about to be delivered. Still no sign, no response to e-mails , telephone or answered! Is this outfit a con or going bust?
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great service

Great service - very efficient. Arrived as expected and very professional. Would recommend. Noticing the difference already as house warms up quicker and stays warm all day with no heating.
