I wish I had visited this site before…

I wish I had visited this site before I bothered to place an order with this utterly dysfunctional operation. Mid April odered and paid for over £50 worth of pond plants. No confirmation of receipt of order then told delivery would be beginning of May. After 14th May asked for refund told this was not possible as items were about to be delivered. Still no sign, no response to e-mails , telephone or answered! Is this outfit a con or going bust?
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
