We booked a package holiday, using Jet2 Indulgent Escapes. The overall experience was good, and the holiday went smoothly. We enjoyed the express security lane after checking in at Manchester Airport (although on this occasion there weren't many people going through the normal channel). We had a complimentary drink during the flight and a private transfer to our accommodation. The hotel was excellent and we had a great stay. On the down side, the return journey was not quite as smooth. We had a 50 minute delay after boarding the plane, which was not comfortable, and then had to wait on the plane for 20 minutes after landing at Manchester because of a problem with an air bridge. I would still recommend Jet2, as they do offer peace of mind for the overall holiday experience.
