I thought the holiday was not up to your usual standard. The rep was not good and the holiday was very expensive for what we had

The system works well and my teacher Leydi is excellent.
I am very pleased with the lesson charges, to someone in Europe these costs are excellent but I do hope the teachers receive fair remuneration

It took 2 attempts to get the right glasses

It took 2 attempts to get the right glasses for my wife and I. The first time we were sent completely the wrong lenses and couldn’t see out of them and the frames were very flimsy. Due to the error we were given a £5 upgrade on the frames and the second time the glasses met our requirements.
I will consider using the company one more time to see error was a one off.

Unfortunately poor service so far

Unfortunately poor service so far. Glasses arrived with vision lenses not reading and very flimsy frames. New glasses are being produced. Chat service not very helpful.

My Builder review April 2019

My Builder is a very useful organisation to help me find a tradesman and I have successfully used it a number of times.
If I could offer one point of feedback...generally tradesmen such as builders are not best at communication and this often loses them my business. Those that respond quickly and cooperatively get my business. It would be very useful to be able to give feedback to My Builder those builders who have been shortlisted for a job, I’ve asked them to contact me and they never do in spite of repeated requests. At the moment I can only give feedback after a job is complete, it would be useful to give feedback on those who don’t respond or who are not cooperative
