Gold standard

Used this company around four years, firstly for my grandson then more recently for my granddaughter. They really are outstanding both in terms of the product, which is its self unique as far I am aware and easy to engage with and also the the customer service which I don’t think is matched anywhere else in the industry.

There sim deals really do safeguard children and put the parent in a position where l they can openly monitor and engage with their child’s call & texting experience whilst protecting them from harm and promoting positive use of their phone.

Really can’t praise these people enough, if your giving a child a phone then this has to be the gold standard sim deal.

Buying a gaming pc for grandsons Christmas present so way out of my depth but the website was very intuitive and when I contacted them with a couple of questions they were really helpful. Hasn’t been used yet but I am confident it will do what it says

Ordered flowers & Chocolates for…

Ordered flowers & Chocolates for delivery to my wife on our anniversary, they never arrived on the day despite tracker saying they were on there way. The next day tracker couldn’t even identify my order but said to phone a number that turned out was no longer in use.

I’ve sent three emails to inter-flora including to their customer services who still have not responded, except for one auto reply, and the flowers are now three days over due.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM ANY ESTABLISHED ORGANISATION IN MY 68 YEARS
