Great service by nice, professional people

We were the first drop on the list so a bit unexpected at 7:15am but the guys who delivered were great. Very pleasant, polite, friendly people. The did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and checked our new washing was running correctly. Nothing to complain about.

Great customer service

The box and label to return my glasses was received quickly. However, I actually decided not to send one pair of glasses but they sorted it out very quickly and efficiently. I judge a company by how they deal with problems in addition to when things go well and this company did not disappoint.

Be very, very specific in your question

I thought everything had gone perfectly but it hadn't. I didn't get the full story so everything went a bit pear- shaped sadly and now I am back to worse than square one. I gave four stars as Ionos answer quickly on the whole and try their best to sort things out but the level of knowledge seems to vary quite a bit and you can end up on hold a lot.

Took a while but we got there in the end.

Update review- voucher now provided so resolved. It took too long and too many emails but at least it is resolved. I think.
Previous review .... this is for a new order (I wanted to spend my hard earned voucher). I am now waiting for a new voucher or cash refund since I used the last one to part pay for a potting bench which had to be returned as it was broken! Refund for item given, voucher not reinstated. Going backwards and forwards again to try to get my cash/voucher back before I have to go to Trading Standards. The voucher was part-refund for a previous broken item!

Bespoke order, cut to perfection

I had a number of odd sized pieces of clear acrylic that needed to be cut to replace broken glass on an old greenhouse. I sent my requirements to Cut My Plastic and they sent me a quote with a link to pay. I paid and my order arrived very quickly. Every single piece was perfectly cut and fitted beautifully. I was extremely pleased and relieved that I didn't have to start chopping bits off to make them fit. They look better than the old glass too so I will definitely order from Cut My Plastic next time. Very happy.

Excellent on time service with a smile

I have a superb Evri delivery lady (Claire - sorry if spelt wrong). She comes when I book in a collection and all my orders turn up promptly when company's use Evri. I had a large delivery yesterday - bang on time and delivered with the usual professional courtesy and a smile.

Still waiting for refund/voucher a month later

I placed an order for a bench on the 8th May. When my order arrived it was damaged and I asked for a replacement part. I was offered a replacement part with a long wait or a small discount voucher. My husband was able to work around the damage with our own wood and screws. However, despite many emails, customer service will not provide a voucher code but keep opting for a variety of excuses. I no longer want a voucher as I never wish to buy from this company again but I do require my cash refund.

Thanks for the reply but I’m STILL waiting. Do I really need to start a chargeback?

It took too long but I finally got the promised voucher.

Good choice, great products but returns NOT free

Ordering was nice and easy and delivery was quick. Products great. The only negative is that returns are NOT free. In my case this is costing a fortune as it was a big order and we have kept just over half. Shipping back itself is not to bad - insurance for it is a different matter. It quadruples the return cost, so sadly I will not be ordering my husbands holiday wardrobe from House of Fraser next time. Will probably go with one of the other department stores like John Lewis.

Made just seem to do it right

I am not sure how many orders we have placed with Made now but it’s quite a few. As we have had such a positive experience with all our previous orders we took the plunge and ordered a large sofa. We were not disappointed. The item is exactly as ordered - comfortable, stylish and practical. Thank you Made :)

Excellent Customer Service

I have placed 4 orders with Made now and I will no doubt buy from them in the future. I have not had any previous problems with any of my orders but this last one I did. I contacted customer services and they went above and beyond to fix my problem. It is resolved and I am happy. I don’t mind that there was a problem. You can judge a company by how it deals with problems. This company was excellent so I’ll keep buying their excellent products.

Awesome service all round

Awesome, tests arrived quickly, booking process for tests was easy. Logging on was easy and plenty of reminders beforehand to make sure that you don't forget - which was a worry.

Lovely product, worth the wait

We have ordered two items with different lead times so we only have one item yet but the item we have received is absolutely beautiful and we are very happy with it. If the other items are as well made and beautiful looking as this we will be super happy customers. Quite long lead times but worth the wait.
