Quirky and stylish products

I have bought many different things over the last year over a few orders and everything is always great. If there is a problem, I am notified in advance and refunded so no problems. Good prices and plenty of different products mean I return as a customer.

I thought this was a company to rely on.

I have been a good customer of John Lewis Finance since 2007. All was well until Covid when a hotel was booking. I am entitled to a refund but neither the hotel company (Flix Travel) nor John Lewis have refunded my account. After a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman I was told I would be refunded and was offered vouchers to apologise. Once I accepted and confirmed with the FO, John Lewis sent a letter cancelling their offer of vouchers and a refund. I am now having to re-open the case. I really can’t believe such underhanded tactics!

Still no refund from June!

I had booked one night in June to stay at a Flix hotel but it was cancelled due to Covid. I had free cancellation on the booking so am entitled to a full refund. I have received an email saying my refund might take up until 31.12.20. This is obviously not acceptable. In these strange times only book with someone you can trust to do the refunds they promise. I will be taking further action shortly to try to obtain my refund.

I received lots of updates from Bark - but no service

I received lots of updates from Bark - but no satisfaction from its service providers. Of the three service companies contacted. 2 didn't respond and the 1 that did call me back didn't turn up. So really there should be no stars as I didn't get any service but I guess Bark tried so that wouldn't be right.
