Good quality service at all times

I have been dealing with Hiliarys Blinds for over 25 years. That says it all. A few different advisers of course but always very good. Not cheap but I love the personal touch of them coming to my home with all the books and samples and advice.

The Spirit of Christmas Fair at Olympia…

The Spirit of Christmas Fair at Olympia was where I saw the pan, I was looking for, was for sale. Excellent idea of the staff to get it delivered for me, in a few days time, as it was too heavy for me to carry home via my train from Paddington Station. Arrived as said with no extra charge. And, I’m delighted with the pan for my brand new kitchen which works brilliant. A very happy customer.

Type of Tablet

Disappointed to see the tablets are far too big for me to swallow. I preferred the older style hard tablet which I could chew. If you only have the one type of tablet then I must cancel my order.

The engineers were very efficient in…

The engineers were very efficient in fitting the new Broadband however, they didn't make me aware that I would have to re-install all my equipment that uses the broadband. There was information on the tv on how to do this but I am not technical enough to do it myself and had to pay for my arial man to sort it all out for me.

First Class job

The operative managed to flush the blockage away for me, thankfully. All done with no mess. However, he could only unscrew one of the 4 screws which were in the inspection cover and I felt he should have had some other way of releasing the screws. Fortunately it wasn't necessary and a very good job done. Thank you.
