no communication
ordered item waited for conformation of delivery but did not come after a week we phoned only to be told that the item was out of stock and had to wait until it came back in stock.

Agent very friendly. Explained every detail about the insurance. Asked the appropriate question to fill in the application for our cruise. She was very patient.

return goods
took the item back to a store to have them replaced after perching them online but they did not have anything to fit and was told that the store only gave store credit or exchange, as i told the assistant that they did not have any thing to fit they offered a store credit but with all the signs in the shop saying that they were closing then had to return them but i had to pay return postage so i paid for postage both ways not right

lovley stay
cottage was lovely but remote add. said pub and shop was a mile away but more like two. Could not walk to them because of the narrow roads. Recommend for any one who wants a quite stay.

easylife was great but there courier was another story the item was 5 days late on arriving the driver was not helpful in any way, i told him i would like to check that the address and every thing was in order as we had a few issues and was told he was not interested in any thing i wanted to do.
