Rat nightmare

When I realised my neighbours again for the second year running had caused a rat problem because of insisting on leaving food out for wild animals I was devastated im also very scared of rats the council last year weren’t very helpful at all even though it cost me £150.00….the neighbours insisted I was over reacting !This summer I was sat having a coffee when 2 rats came out into the middle of the garden so I lost the plot and rang rentokil ….Everyone was lovely Micheal Walsh came out following an assessment done by Daniel which was very thorough…..Micheal checked everywhere gave me loads of advice and reassured me things would be ok because I was so nervous .The rats were caught and following advice from Micheal i decided to get rid of a lot of the shrubbery in my garden ….have seen nothing since so thank you Micheal and Daniel for an excellent service it was expensive but worth it .All this came from Branch 52 St Helens

Experience in the shop very good staff…

Experience in the shop very good staff friendly and helpful ...purchased a mattress spent 800.00 pounds a lot of money for me but the experience when the bed was delivered was a completely different story .the older guy was very rude I needed help moving the old mattress outside because I live a lone which I explained but was met with a surly no we don't do that i reported him but was distressed and angry .

I'm so sorry that the delivery driver refused to assist you with moving the old mattress, this is incredibly unhelpful and shouldn't have been too much to ask for. I'm truly sorry for the poor service and I will be providing feedback to the transport department regarding this.
