ANNUAL BOILER SERVICE

Friendly knowledgeable service engineer. Contacted me by text re arrival time. Demonstrated pressure key and associated valve. Checked radiators and gas supply. All in order. I've always been happy with British Gas and would recommend them.

Competent Open Reach engineer

Excellent listener and communicator. Knowledgeable and explained simply the fibre plus system. Did a survey of my property which had not been done by the initial installer who was sub contracted from Open Reach. He checked the installation points of entry into my bedroom. Gave step by step advice re location change to maximise reception and accepted that what had been installed was a downgrade of service not an upgrade. He recommended points to be raised with my service provider EE in order to resolve the issues. All in all a satisfactory visit which has resulted in a positive way forward. In hindsight on first installation date, all customers should be afforded a house survey to ensure they are happy with the location to maximise reception and not be fobbed off by inexperienced installers.

Positive Experience…

Like the personal delivery touch as opposed to using a locker. Appreciated the constant communication for tracking via your app.
Pleasant courteous delivery person, on time.
I appreciated the options available if in the event of me not being home for the delivery.

Wonderful deals waiting for you!

Sloans renowned MacnCheese deal superb value and it included a soft drink, which they kindly changed to tea and coffee. Staff attentive. I have used Itidon several times for short breaks and these did not disappoint.

Engineer efficient, followed safety guidelines. Explained each step during removal and installation.All rubbish bagged and uplifted the following morning. Pleasant personality.Intrusion kept to a minimum.Electrician worked well with engineer. No problems encountered.

I have used Itison for a number of years and have never been disappointed with the deals on offer.
I have purchased vouchers for meals, afternoon tea and short breaks.

Eye test and follow up

Optician extremely thorough, however, pre test technician had a problem with equipment when doing my peripheral vision checks. I now have to do a further test.
2nd problem. I was notigied my glasses were ready on 26th Nov for uplift. I travelled down to Irvine to discover technician had wrongly ordered two pairs of distance glasses. I also purchased a set of clip on sunglasses which need to be returned. I have used this branch for years, but standards are
definitely slipping. I am not happy at having to make a second trip to have peripheral vision rechecked with my new prescription, when the correct reading glasses arrive.
