Ordered some bathroom accessories about two weeks ago - payment made confirmation recieved - never arrived - contacted Plumbworld - they said they will reorder and I should get this within three days - never arrived after 5days ! What a terrible service would not recommend or will use again.

Terrible company - buyer beware as once order placed and paid for you will not get through to customer service nor will you get responses to emails if you have an issue with the product. I am still trying resolve the issue of a damaged sofa going back several months. Customer services will just tell you what you want to hear and that's how they keep you from taking further action. I am done with this company and letting my solicitors deal with them.

Placed an ordered in October - delivery arrived this week - wrong colour delivered. Tried calling customer services but no reply just an answer phone asking you to email. Decided to go direct to the Lakeside branch as it was ordered from here- first the manager just stated that they were un able to help -they cannot call customer services or anyone else at head office. Raising my voice in front of other customers seemed to get the ball rolling as he suddenly decided that he could fill out a customer complaint form and email to head office. I received an email back the same day asking for pictures of the sofa -which I sent back immediately. I emailed again asking for an update -no response - another email and still no response. This company are terrible and have no systems in place to deal with complaints. I would not recommend using this company . I have now given them 14 days to make a refund as they have to by law- STAY WELL CLEAR of this company!

Great service - within an hour had a local hero respond to my request. Had a radiator replaced - tradesman arrived on time and supplied and fitted new radiator - took old one away - no mess no fuss just great service! Backed by British Gas guarantee as well! Highly recommended

Ordered online - received the item within the 24hour promised delivery - I purchased the 'SGS Professional Adjustable Height Mechanics Seat' this arrived in two parts and took 5mins to assemble. The product itself feels sturdy and of good quality and well priced. Would recommend.

Ordered garden furniture and had confirmation for the purchase and delivery date. Prior to delivery I was sent a tracking number- I tried this and it just kept saying 'consignment not found' I called Wayfair and they then told me that the item was shipped. Day later I get an email saying that the item was being replaced and that I would be contacted as soon as it ships- this is now nearly 3 weeks from making the purchase. I get another email with tracking details. This whole process just repeated - the company apologies and says it will look into the matter- i now ask them to cancel and make a refund - they agree - 3 days later I call again and chase a cancellation confirmation as promised - they have no record! I ask again for cancellation and full refund.this is now 7 days on and 4 weeks from the original order. Still no cancellation confirmation nor a refund!! I have now taken up the issue with my credit card company. Clearly this company has delivery problems or they take orders knowing that they do not have item in stock and are waiting for delivery. First and last time I use them- I am out of pocket by £1250!

I used these guys and found it easy and simple - Parker was the chap i dealt with and he was efficient and understood my requirements. I read some of the bad reviews and was a little apprehensive but was very happy with the service.
Would use them again and have no hesitation to recommend them to family and friends!
