Fantastic level of service

Fantastic level of service from head office, particularly Charlotte who couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful.
We had a problem with boxes not being delivered on time from our local branch but this was more than made up by the response from head office and the quality of the removal team who were fantastic. Punctual, professional, friendly, respectful and exceptionally hard working. They were also incredibly patient waiting, without complaint, for our keys to be released at 16:30 before offloading.

Absolutely outstanding service

Absolutely outstanding service. The shell of my suitcase case was coming away from the retractable handle. I sent an email with photos to the company, received a response within one working day and was sent a wide range of replacements to choose from. The case was two years into its 10 year warranty and there was absolutely no quibble. The replacement arrived by courier FOC in two days. Superb service from Tasha in Customer Service. THANK YOU!
