Fantastic level of service
Fantastic level of service from head office, particularly Charlotte who couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful.
We had a problem with boxes not being delivered on time from our local branch but this was more than made up by the response from head office and the quality of the removal team who were fantastic. Punctual, professional, friendly, respectful and exceptionally hard working. They were also incredibly patient waiting, without complaint, for our keys to be released at 16:30 before offloading.
