Absolutely shocking ! Sent item back which I then have to wait for them to receive then wait numerous days to inspect it. Yes they passed it as ok then waited for refund which I’m still waiting for 3 weeks later. Loads of promises and nothing. I’ve had to escalate through PayPal today as they are a waste of time. Never again.

I’m having to go through PayPal as I’ve been waiting for delivery for two weeks. I’ve had various emails from “Emma” 🤣 one saying posted one saying posting tomorrow. What a complete waste of peoples time and money. Il fight them all the way for my money back. Low life scammers!!
