Game changer

Game changer for diabetics. I can’t believe the results with this bread. No massive spikes and it’s tastes good as well. I have tried the rolls the bagels and the brown slice so far and whilst expensive it’s very good

Great service they do as advertised

Did exactly what they said on their website. Unfortunately when my glasses arrived they didn’t look like I had imagined when I bought them online. So I returned them and got a full refund. Excellent service. I then when to a high street store and got thoroughly ripped of paying £600 compared to their £200. The high street store charged my £225 per lens.

Its a con in my opinion the discount is not real

Went to the Staines branch and got properly coned in my opinion. I bought a pair of frames and lenses that are supposed to 40% off. What a joke. I paid £600 for the best varifocal lenses and a pair of Lukkas frames. The frame were supposedly £270 before the discount. However the same frames are listed on their website for £105. I complained to the manager who was polite enough but said he had no power to help. After some google research I have also found the same lenses for £175 a pair and they charged me £220 for EACH LENS after what they claim is 40% discount. I was told the offers were different on the website and that in store you get a free pair of 2nd glasses. This 2 is not accurate as there are various terms and conditions attached. So I bought 1 pair and paid a lot more with 40% discount in store than I would have online. I will be complaining to the ASA.

No Loyalty

Bought from here many times in the past always been pleased with the selection. But I note they have clearly received stock of pappy van winkle from buffalo trace yet they are selling it at the scalper price. Really poor show guys would have been nice if you offered it to your loyal customers, I have spent good money with you buying Weller, stag and the like and this is a bit rubbish. You can keep your hand signed slips from now on.

Slow delivery deceptive advertising

Delivery took 20 days they ignored my request for a refund at 15 days. When the plant arrived it looked nothing like the picture on the website.

In my opinion you will over pay if you shop here and receive a much younger plant than the pictured images.

Paid £65 for a journey that that’s just…

Paid £65 for a journey that that’s just cost me £35 in a black cab from Edinburgh airport to the grass market area. There was supposed to be a pick up service and they arrived 30minutes late. Taxi driver was a nice guy but OTS service rubbish and they are clearly just an expensive middleman. Best avoided.

Not what it used to be poor value and service.

Not what it used to be. I paid for an upgrade for table service and they didn’t offer this now. The food is appalling . They had sausage and mash on the self serve trolly the mash was instant mash and the sausage was like a cheap Iceland frozen effort. They had some humous and caramelised onion but no proper bread to put it on no pitta or anything like that just cream crackers. Very large queues for both food and drink. Not a premium experience anymore I should have just saved the money and used one of the nice restaurants downstairs. Don’t bother with this lounge it’s like starting your holiday in the food hall at butlins.

Amazing buying experience

Amazing buying experience I visited your Tag store in Guildford and purchased my first Tag. I own a few watches but I have to say this was the most enjoyable purchase experience I have had. You made my wife and I feel very welcome and we appreciated the refreshments. The lady who served us was fantastic and showed real interest in us as customers. I can’t wait to visit another of your stores later on on the year for a new piece.

Rude and un welcoming

I went in whilst visiting Guildford with the intention of buying a new watch. I own several time pieces but was interested in ordering a Rolex. Obviously as I own over 30 watches I was well aware I would need to order and wait. It is one of those brands that you aspire to and I knew what I would be spending cost wise. I went in and said to the lady I know I’m going to need to wait but what would be your recommendation with regards to entering Rolex watches. I was quite rudely told that there was no such thing a an entry level Rolex and that I couldn’t buy anything from the professional range. I didn’t even know there was a professional range that’s the point of going to the AD to get service and help. This lady was really rude and I can’t help but think she probably judged me on my appearance I was just wearing a pair of shorts and a t shirt but I was made to feel really unwelcome. Luckily for me I went to the tag retailer over the road and spent an hour choosing a new watch whilst my wife and I were given a glass of bubbly or 2. Don’t bother with this place go somewhere where they are not rude. I will order a Rolex but I’ll do it with the other chain I used on that day.

Failed to deliver and poor service.

Don’t bother. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They failed to deliver the gun I purchased. The driver phoned and said there was too much traffic to get to me. This was after I had waited until 8pm he then phoned me at 10pm. I have asked to cancel and refund by email as I’m wishing my cooling off period and have not taken delivery. I have mailed and got no response. I missed a call today and phoned them back they said they couldn’t help as it was somone from another team and I would have to call back. Don’t bother with this company. Coms are poor and you can’t get any real service. I won’t be accepting delivery of what is now a late order based on these reviews.

Transfer times are lies.

Told us coach transfer could take up to an hour and a half. The actual transfer took 3hrs. One couple who arrived a little earlier than us with a 1 year old had to wait an hour on the coach before it even left. Dropped people off 2 by 2 at what seemed like every hotel on the island. I have booked a taxi to take me back to the airport it’s only £60 and will take 40 minutes max.

Do not let this company into your…

Do not let this company into your elderly parents home. They sold my mother a power chair that she has not used and has tried unsuccessfully to return. She felt pressured to by it by the sales person. Them when my wife tried to get in contact she was told my mother was out of her cooling off period which apparently is 14 days. This company uses various names for marketing and they don’t answer thier customer service phone. We had to pretend to be a potential new customer to even get them to talk to us. These people have taken advantage of my mother she haven’t even used the chair and it’s too big to even get out of her flat. When we spoke to them on the phone they said we would need to sell it. It has not It even been used.I intend to speak to trading standards age concern and anyone else who maybe able help and I intend to update this post with my progress. Shocking company pressure sales to old people.

My car was recently serviced at the Guildford branch. Service was amazing. The dealership greeted me on arrival and the mechanic came out to explain what they were doing and why it was taking a little longer than they expected. Dealership let me use an office so I could carry on working whilst they fixed the broken item.

Great service really happy.
