Every woman should experience this!

This was my first time doing anything like this. I have been single for just over a year, and felt that although I’m not ready for another relationship I was missing a male touch.
The whole experience was incredible, Jools puts you at ease and Is warm and friendly.
I felt extremely comfortable and safe. The massage was a great mix of Swedish and sensual. Jools has a wonderful touch and I would encourage any woman to experience this! I had the explore massage which was ideal for the first time, I am definitely left wanting to book all the other massages now. Looking forward to returning soon!

I would give no stars!

I would give no stars!!
I recently took a course with them, I felt like they didn’t provide enough information or resources to make me comfortable to treat clients. The video demonstration was extremely poor, no audio only tiny text at the bottom of the screen which I could not read. The course material did not go into enough clear detail to make me feel confident to deal with clients. I tried to email the student support and it got blocked, I then tried to email their contact form which also got blocked. I phoned them and explained my concerns and was told I would be contacted between 30 -60 mins by a tutor. 27 hours later no call, so I phoned again and left a voicemail. 13 hrs later still no call. They are more interested in taking money than training competent therapists. Awful experience!!!

Disgraceful company!

Disgraceful company!! for your sanity and bank balance do not go near!

I had a ridiculously high bill December 22, 3 times higher than the previous month, despite the business being closed for 10 days during the festive period. Got absolutely nowhere with "customer service" and eventually they gave me a deadlock letter. I won with the ombudsman and it turned out that not only was the £1200 bill wrong, they now owe me. This has been outstanding since July. I get nowhere with the web chat, they won't escalate to a manager, I just get told it will be with me with 7-10 days and the whole cycle repeats. I have made 5 formal complaints and not one has been responded to. I had hoped to get some form of response by coming on here, but it seems they don't respond here either.

I am so frustrated, even going back to the ombudsman hasn't gotten me any further forward. They should not be allowed to get away with it, and if the shoe was on the other foot, the bailiffs would have been at my door months ago.

Awful experience

Awful experience! I joined them 31st Oct and paid all three invoices. I have been inundated with threatening late payment emails, late charges and the crazy thing is they owe me nearly £2k. Their accounts department has no clue, they have taken 7 payments from my account and raised 5 invoices but apparently I’m £10k overdue on invoices??

I have formally complained and requested back the money they have stolen from me but 48hrs later absolutely nothing!

I would never use them again it’s been a month long of frustration and anxiety

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
Our regular monthly invoices are due no later than on the 15th day of the month. If payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration costs and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we must pass on a late fee to you. You can review invoice and payment dates on your statement of account, available in your online account. Although you did make payments for those initial invoices as you state, they were paid well after the due date.

What scammers!! Stay away

What scammers! The same thing has happened to me as all the other people. I’ve just found out today that they have auto renewed on my behalf for a 2 year fix at double the markets value!! I did not get told about any auto renew opt in or out in the initial telephone call and due to the recent ADR scheme they are not allowed to do this!! I have made a formal complaint which I guess won’t get answered and they will wait the statutory 8 weeks because they know you can’t raise a formal dispute with ADR before then, which will give them another 8 weeks hefty commission payouts! Do not use this company unless you like shady business dealings and have money to burn!

If they say yes, they sign a specific renewal contract for us to provide the service. That contract means we're committed to deliver the service, and we take that obligation seriously. I smelt gas this morning and phoned the…

I smelt gas this morning and phoned the emergency gas leak line, the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and organised for an engineer to come out straight away.

The engineer Martin Hilton, was incredibly helpful, friendly and informative and set about finding the leak. My issue is now resolved thanks to Martin. The service from start to finish was fabulous.
Martin is a real asset to your company and I’m extremely grateful. Many thanks once again. Kerry
