I should have bought else where, you should do the same
Placed an order for nearly 180.00 on Friday for next day delivery. still hadn't arrived by wed , phoned customer service , the lady really didn't, care kept me holding on, when returned back to me she said she couldn't track my order with royal mail tracking down. yea yea.( what she should have said it not bean sent yet) I said what happened to next day delivery that it is clearly says on web site, if you spend over 55.00 = free delivery and free returns!!, she said we don't do that, i said well why have it in clear black and white stating it so on their delivery info.
I should have gone to another company! You should do the same. also i should have read other people reviews before i spent £180.00 for next day delivery.
to top it all my client thinks is me that messing them around!! its not my company's though!!
Well thank for replying , but i wont be back never will many others ,bad feedback get around quicker that good.
