The guys were very fast at dropping of what looked like a hhhhmmm shredded carboard boxs , which i was shocked for word!!!! the boxes looke like they had been in a war , blown to bits.

Placed an order for nearly 180.00 on Friday for next day delivery. still hadn't arrived by wed , phoned customer service , the lady really didn't, care kept me holding on, when returned back to me she said she couldn't track my order with royal mail tracking down. yea yea.( what she should have said it not bean sent yet) I said what happened to next day delivery that it is clearly says on web site, if you spend over 55.00 = free delivery and free returns!!, she said we don't do that, i said well why have it in clear black and white stating it so on their delivery info.
I should have gone to another company! You should do the same. also i should have read other people reviews before i spent £180.00 for next day delivery.
to top it all my client thinks is me that messing them around!! its not my company's though!!


Well thank for replying , but i wont be back never will many others ,bad feedback get around quicker that good.

After reading reviews of others, i thought ide try, others people words don't lie.
I have recommended to family and friends.
How long they last. Time will tell.
But so far im happy.

Okay , I bought a three seater swing seat , 329.00 not cheap , but after two days i had a delivery note to say my seat will be delivered. To my shock and horror , only one big box with seat frame has been delivered , driver said he didn't know where the cushions where , maybe they will follow . I don't think i would use again and never should you. It seem after reading other reviews this is how the company trades , not the best way to trade.

I really have held off from writing this , but it has to be said . AVOID Avoid Avoid . ordered a mobile thinking it was a Uk company as it said Tecobuy .co.uk !! which its not, it base in HONG KONG!!
I left it five days waiting a tracking number which never turned up , I contacted them via their contact page it took them 5 days to reply "saying sorry there's been a delay in your order" by now I've read many bad reports of how others have lost money though this company, So I though it would be best to ask them the cancel order and refund me as there was a delay in sending, they have taken my payment, its been over another week and ive not heard a thing from them or a repayment to my ac. So you must AVOID them , pay a little more and buy local , by now I've found out their not a UK company but a HONG KONG company . Please please don't do what ive done and others have done and lost money . this company needs to be stopped!!!!!!!!!
