Possibly a good company let down by logistics

UPDATE

The item eventually arrived which was a great relief. I will update with the following

1. The item delivery dates on the site to Asia are not accurate you need to add at least 11 days to reduce stress.
2. The tracking with Spring/Netherlands Post is terrible once it leave the Netherlands you won't get another update until the Last Mile Carrier receives it. Don't expect anything like Amazon and you won't be disappointed

3. The protection of the items in postage is not good. There is no double boxing. The item was just put inside a post satchel with no bubble wrap or protection which is not good.

In conclusion, this is just a review of the logistics that TradeInn Swim Inn uses and it is bad. The product thankfully arrived and was undamaged so that was good. Review increase from 1 star to 3

This review relates specifically to the alleged delivery windows you are given.

On the item you will see delivery dates very similar to Amazon so based on that I made a purchase as the item was cheaper on SwimInn. As soon as the item is purchased and in the courier system the delivery date is changed to plus 11 days. When challenged on this poor practice I received the following response:

If the tracking information has not been updated for several days, it is because your order is still being processed by the Customs of your country and this is generating delay. Please note that current circumstances may cause delays in transit. New border controls, reduced air freight capacity in the market, and local protective regulations and quarantine measures may all impact service.
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee when your order will be released as this is due to Customs rules and procedures applied in your country. Based on our experience, Customs can take between 15-60 days to unblock your parcel and proceed with delivery.

So they are still using CV19 ere excuses for their poor delivery time. But this is just the start of the problems. Once the item leaves the country of export, there is no tracking or updates so you have no idea where the package is. There is no update to tell you the item is being processed through customs or has reached the last-mile carrier. You just wait and pray that the items have not been lost. In summary, TradeInn may have good products but they are 100% let down by their courier companies which include PostNL and SpringGDS.
In summary, if the items are the same or a little bit more expensive go with Amazon as it will save you the stress of wondering if and when your parcel will ever turn up

This is the company that TradeInn use…

This is the company that TradeInn use to send items. If you
1. Want your parcel quickly (as per the advertised date on TradeInn Site)
2. Need up to date information on tracking
3. Expect the same detail and delivery times as Amazon


Don't purchase the item as you will not get any tracking after the item is exported. In this day and age they should be doing better instead of delivering parcels in 1990

$377 Switch never made it to the final…

$377 Switch never made it to the final country of destination
After following up with Singapore Post they confirmed the item never even arrived in Singapore.

Do not trust this company. There are so many of the same scams happening where they send a package and then NL Post says it can't be delivered and the item is returned to TradeInn where it goes back on their shelf and the customer is left footing the bill because their package insurance with Route is also a scam.

Keep well away and buy your product from more reputable online retailers

I ordered a $377 switch from them and it never turned up. I confirmed with the local postage service that the item never reached them. The item was sent by NL Post and was meant to be handed over to Singapore Post but SP has no record of the item ever arriving. I contacted Tradeinn to seek their assistance but they said there was nothing they could do. I am now down $377 because of their poor ethics

You will note that after they try to seem like a helpful company on trustpilot they have sent a totally contradictory email telling me they aren't going to help.. don't trust this company

I have used ESET for over 10 years but…

I have used ESET for over 10 years but will be moving to another AV provider in 2023.

I am an ESET Premium user and an IT admin. I noticed my PC was running slower and I checked the ESET logs and it showed one trojan that it found and had apparently deleted. I ran another scan and eset said all was good.

I then used another online scanner and it found that the trojan Trojan.Multi.BroSubsc.gen was still present. The competitor's scanner not only detected the trojan but also removed it from both the system and file.

I notified ESET about the poor performance of their scanner in the hope they would take a proactive approach to their poor detection but instead ignored my feedback and have still to update their detection engine to find this trojan.

In summary, they were what I thought a good company as I changed to them 10 years ago for the exact same reason I am leaving them, that they could detect and remove virus files that Norton couldn't. Their lack of customer feedback and poor detection engine is the reason I no longer recommend this product to clients and will not be using them going forward.

Should be called a non insurance company

This company provides insurance for TradeInn and they are not useful.

TradeInn uses this company for package insurance and the Terms and Conditions are so stringent that you may as well not have the insurance. I order a lot of items online and kept checking on this particular package which said it is still in transit after 5 months. I have contacted TradeInn and Route only to be told that the limit of their liability is 120 days from Purchase. It ties in with the scam that TradeInn have where they use NL Post to send items but there are so many instances where item is returned to sender even before reaching destination country. It is a total joke and all of these companies should be embarrassed by their lack of integrity.

Received response from Singapore Post that the delivery company NL Post recorded the item and arriving in Singapore on the 21st of January 2023. Singapore Post confirm the item in fact didn't arrive. So how can my claim be outside of claim period when item is still in transit? Last tracking update was 21 Jan 2023. This is clearly within your claim period so you have clearly contradicted yourselves for the world to see.

This is just more evidence to support my claim that you are in fact a scam and a joke company

It is quicker and cheaper to use…

It is quicker and cheaper to use wiggle and get something from the UK to Adelaide than it is to get it from one major city in Australia. Price is usually 30 to 50% cheaper than what I can get it in Adelaide. Awesome service and prices.

Awesome value and speed of delivery

I purchased an Ultegra rear derailleur 11-34 rear cassette and chain. The order was made on a Friday afternoon and it arrived in Adelaide Australia the following Tuesday. The items saved me 50% of the purchase price had I of purchased them locally.

Awesome speed and free postage. I would give you 10 stars if I could
