Should be called a non insurance company

This company provides insurance for TradeInn and they are not useful.

TradeInn uses this company for package insurance and the Terms and Conditions are so stringent that you may as well not have the insurance. I order a lot of items online and kept checking on this particular package which said it is still in transit after 5 months. I have contacted TradeInn and Route only to be told that the limit of their liability is 120 days from Purchase. It ties in with the scam that TradeInn have where they use NL Post to send items but there are so many instances where item is returned to sender even before reaching destination country. It is a total joke and all of these companies should be embarrassed by their lack of integrity.

Received response from Singapore Post that the delivery company NL Post recorded the item and arriving in Singapore on the 21st of January 2023. Singapore Post confirm the item in fact didn't arrive. So how can my claim be outside of claim period when item is still in transit? Last tracking update was 21 Jan 2023. This is clearly within your claim period so you have clearly contradicted yourselves for the world to see.

This is just more evidence to support my claim that you are in fact a scam and a joke company

In your case, it seems like you have a lost shipment- and I know how disappointing that is. At Route, lost shipments that are shipped domestically are to be reported within 7-30 days of the last tracking update, and international shipments are to be reported between 20-30 days of the last tracking update. Anything beyond those timeframes fall outside of our insurance policies and our team will do what they can to assist you with next steps at that point in time.
