Ordered 2 electric toothbrushes from boots at a value of over £200. Never received either as they were never delivered properly it was left outside my house and wasnt there when i got im from work. Boots are now refusing to do anything about it even though the delivery photo clearly show ls it was left outside. Very poor customer service 2 of the advisors I spoke to had a very bad attitude problem. Will never buy anything from boots again.

Cancled 5 hours before trip was due to happen. Had booked for 2pm offered alternative of between 7.30pm and 9pm after I had already booked and paid. Do not use this site find alternative.

Bought braun series 7 returned it straight away as the quality was poor and didnt work properly. Got a refund for the replacement head I bought aswell after a few weeks but not the shaver. Still chasing refund after about 4 months. Been passes from one department to another trying to chase it. Absolute shocking customer service

Item came well packged. And was deluvered fast. Definately would use again.
