Staff in local Tui branch are lovely…

Staff in local Tui branch are lovely and really helpful. We flew to mexico with Tui in March. The staff on the flight out were lovely, very friendly and helpful. However the staff on the return flight were rude, moody and sarcastic. It wasn't just us that thought it 2 whole rows of the flight agreed they were very rude. We had paid extra for the seats as well so expected better service. If they don't like people maybe they should pick another job.

Customer service non existent

Paid for next day delivery yesterday way before the 11pm cut off time. No parcel has been received today. Evri say they have it and Boohoo are saying that Evri have delivered it. Can't speak to anyone for any clarification. Don't offer next day delivery if you can not fulfill this. Happens to me everytime I order from them won't be using again.

Terrible customer service

Booked a van ages ago for my move today 28th October. At midnight I received an email to say my driver couldn't do the job and they had replaced him with another driver. My van was booked for 11am and no one turned up. I contacted the driver who said he couldn't be there till 12.15 with no explanation. I then called the number on the website for what I assume is thier head office. The lady I spoke to told me it was too short notice to get another driver so we had to wait even though we had to be out of our property at 12. The new driver then called me to say he was sending someone else as he wouldn't make it for that time. The person he sent was extremely helpful and polite and we can't thank him enough for his help. However an already stressful situation was made even worse by the terrible customer service received. I requested my deposit back, she told me she would speak to her manager and call me back... I'm still waiting for that phone call.

Appalling company

Recevied a letter in Jan saying I was nearing the end of my loan and to change to dd as then I wouldnt over pay. Set up the dd and got confirmation and was told could take 3 months to chnage over. 3rd month comes around payment was taken from my salary and then dd was due to be taken so cancelled the dd. Rang SLC was told that payment would continue to be taken from salary and when last payment had been done to call. Made my last salary repayment from my July pay. Called to pay the last bit of interest which was £1.39 today. Was told that the stop notice would be issued but another month would be taken and I could ask for a refund which will take 28 days. How can any company be so useless why does it take months for them to do anything. If I owed them and stopped paying they would be the first to be calling and sending letters but it's fine for them to take my money after my balance is at 0. I look forward to fighting for my refund

Customer service useless

Ordered a tshirt for a Christmas present, got an email yesterday to say due to an error my order had been cancelled. When I rang and spoke to another member of staff I was told that the tshirt was out of stock. 2 mins after I put the phone down I get an email from someone else to say place the order again. I replied to say I was told its not in stock and could she check no reply and nothing since. Very dodgy I'm now out of pocket and have to find the tshirt elsewhere. Useless staff who couldn't care less.

Worst company I've ever dealt with

If I could give no stars I would. The worst company we have ever dealt with. Never any tracking information given so driver shows up when he wants. Is incredibly rude and aggressive because we've not been in to accept parcel previously. Have called APC several times to complain spoken to 4 different members of staff who have confirmed no notes whatsoever have been made. Including a senior member of staff who we've spoken to. We've also asked for this particular driver to not attend our address again and we've been told that can't happen. The driver left without delivering the parcel so we've still not received it. Avoid at all costs!!!

Terrible customer service

Have used this company for months however the service in the last week has been terrible. Twice in 2 weeks now the glass bottles have been dropped on the stairs and have smashed everywhere and the glass just left. I have tried to call the customer service number and no one picks up so no refund. Very dissapointing service will be canceling my account

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I have called several times and emailed without a response. I submitted my meter reading online, which has increased my monthly bill. This is understandable as we are home alot more at the moment. What isnt understandable is that my month hasn't reset. It currently states 2nd Jan to 8th Feb. This should of refreshed on 2nd Feb as per all my previous bills. At the moment the monthly bill just keeps increasing which means a huge bill for Feb. It would be useful if they bothered to respond so we know what is going on.

Absolute disgrace of a company

Absolute disgrace of a company. Still waiting for a refund over 3 weeks later. Suit turned up screwed into a plastic parcel. Had emails back however they were snotty and rude. Tried to maintain that he doesn't have complaints well I beg to differ after reading these. Lies and says refund has been processed which is clearly not true and it has never been receveied. For someone that said he is proud of a running a small successful business he has no customer service skills and to be honest should be ashamed. How he makes any money is beyond me just a horrible liar. Good luck with your business you will need it. Nasty rude person.

Do not bother using asos

Do not bother using asos. Terrible customer service. Still waiting for an item that was supposed to be here yesterday as paid next day delivery. The company hasn't even bothered trying to deliver the item and I've been told I have to wait a week to get a refund. They won't contact the delivery company and when I try no one picks up. Full of stupid teenagers reading from a script. Will never use again
