Similarly to other respondents I have received a valueless item with return address of One World House. Am concerned that this may be part of a scam being used for illegal purposes, and am concerned that One World House and other unknown parties have my personal information of name, address and mobile phone number. I found it helpful that previous respondents named the scam as 'Brushing' I have not heard of this before and have now reported the issue to the National Cyber Security Agency via their website
Maybe One World House, if it isn't doing it already, needs to ensure it isn't participating in scamming behaviour, or else its own reputation, if its bona fide will be damaged

Credit card wouldn’t work on your website. Had to set up a PayPal account.
Otherwise the product quality and delivery were fine

Hunt Wheels' website is informative allowing me to weigh up pros and cons of various wheelsets, the wheels I bought come with a decent warranty, delivery time and packaging was excellent, as I needed the wheels urgently

Easy to navigate website which looked professional.
Product arrived very quickly, next day by 4.00pm
Youtube video links were a good place to start to help with installation

Ordering 'hot embrocation' on-line was simple and I was notified by email on progress of the order. It arrived in good time too.
Unfortunately, the plastic container had split a bit, so some of the contents leaked. Now storing the plastic container in a jam jar.
I guess it split in transit rather than being despatched like that. If it wasn't for that would have scored 5 stars

However the packaging and contents were damaged

The carpet looks nice and feels good underfoot. Only had it fitted a couple of weeks ago so can't comment on its durability
