You really really really need to employ someone who knows a bit about user experience to actually make your web site usable. A maths website which cannot accept mathematical symbols in responses? And doesn't save answers already entered? What were you thinking? This crock is many hundreds of bugs away from behind ready for live.

You are not the ones making the calls, we get that. However it is clear you don't do anywhere near enough to vet and refuse your dodgy client base. You are complicit in their illegal activity and should take some responsibility for the misery and difficulties your clients are causing. Please do much more to assess your clients legitimacy, refuse them your services, report them to the authorities and shut down any currently using your services. This is the right thing to do and must come before profits.

Must have PIN, so we went to activate. Filled in the form several times - problem activating. Apparently you have to spend less than the card value too. Seems like a good way to keep people's money as the chance of spending exactly the value is remote. So in summary doesn't work and is dodgy as hell. Avoid at all costs.

This web site is awful for so many reasons, eg. it doesn’t recognise synonyms and is a usability nightmare. In one question it asked for school. The word ‘école’ was marked as wrong as they wanted ‘college’. If you don’t have exactly the same response, however correct your answer is, it will make it wrong. As a result it takes 3 times longer than it should. On top of that the website makes it really difficult. You can’t do accents using the Apple keyboard and the keyboard is often positioned above the text box so you can’t see what you are writing. Pearson, this product is woeful, why have you put zero effort into developing a good site. Seemingly you have never heard of testing. Horrendous.

Apparently it’s not possible to block or freeze my credit file. Even though it’s mandated in the US and all the other credit reference agencies make it very easy. And you have to have two completely different log ins for their credit file and support sites. If you don’t do the bare minimum basic must haves what is the point?

I ordered a card for Mother’s Day, was told it would arrive on the Friday before. It’s now the Tuesday after and still no sign of the card. When/if it ever does arrive it’s pretty much useless to me.

Prices are OK, but it's annoying how many things need to be paid for separately. I just want a website with one price. I seem to constantly get reminders to pay for various things which all add up.
You state it is for the convenience of users that things are separated. This fact is the opposite of convenience, it is a pain, over complicated and means we never get one price.

Spent extra on a Dell XPS as it was highly rated. Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems with it from day one. The camera didn't work, then the screen went black then the sound stopped working. The laptop is on all the time, even when put in Sleep mode the fan keeps whirring away. Support has been quite good but we are very tired of this odd machine.

Tumble dryer runs for hours and hours and hardly dries at all. Clothes come out damp and foisty. How something that runs for so long can be environmentally friendly is beyond me.

My HP Envy printer is just horrendous. It rarely works. It never connects. It is very slow. It can never be found by various computers. When you need it it fails. Every time. I want to throw it at the wall but I doubt that will help.

I cancelled Sky broadband and 2 weeks notice passed so my account should have been closed. The next month they took money from my account again. It took 3 months and 11 phone calls to finally get my refund. Constant lies/promises. It took a formal complaint and threat of ombudsman to get anything done. Avoid at all costs.
