Be aware of fraud

Be aware of fraud! Selling not genuine stock. Ordered set of deore brakes received: 1 deore, 1 not! The response from the seller was that they were aware of the problem! And decided to sell them anyway!

The brakes you received are genuine Shimano, but one of the brakes was supplied to us incorrectly and we sent them out in error. You have been offered an apology, discount or a full refund and your return postage covered. You have not yet let us know how you want to proceed with this.

the driver was rude. the parcel is smashed and 1 parcel still missing.

liars...

requested delivey to the working place which is open 24h. i expected delivery today as it was says on tracking out of delivery and what now? the card was left due to nobody at the address... this company is a joke...

avoid. never again

2 years no problem. now they asked for more information, ncd and driving license. ncd sent, driving licence i couldn't because dvla didn't send it back ( replacing EU to UK). explained twice in email. they cancelled insurance day before they informed me.

wheel alignment

@nationaltyres thank you very much for done wheel alignment. but why you guys forget to tighten the contra-screw?now I have to replace my tires again.also thank you very much @ Leah Murphy from Customer Complaints Advisor who informed me that happened because of my driving style

@Emma , I should advise you that's is problem with contra screw? I didn't notice it because I'm not mechanic, I came to your company with order to do tracking, you done tracking but contra screw wasn't tighten as should. because of that after time tracking being knocked out of place.... so now I have to buy new tyres and do tracking again. that's how you making money....

We understand your frustrations with this matter and would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I understand that you did not fully advise of the issue with the tightening of the screws and you had raised concern regarding the tracking on your vehicle that was carried out last year. Leah advised you that tracking is guaranteed for 30 days with National Tyres, this is due to there being a number of factors that can contribute to the tracking being knocked out of place.
