First order did not arrive and I had to find that out through tracking the order myself - I should have heard from Vision Direct as soon as there was an issue. Second order was processed very quickly which made up for the initial mishap so very happy overall
Unfortunately the order did not arrive in time. Order placed March 4th. Still had not arrived March 18th....

Claimed to have tried first delivery -there was someone working from home all day in the house and someone there all evening. Noone tried to deliver that day.
2nd attempt next day they left the parcel outside in the rain in the dark but did not ring the doorbell to alert someone inside the house. If they were going to do that anyway why didnt they do it the first day

The flight details I checked on screen were changed when I went to go to gate - i was alerted to the change of flight details until I had completed the payment and booking details - I am very cross about this - I would never use this company again - I had no satisfaction when I phoned their customer support service - the flight I booked was departing at 7 pm n the evening the flight they gave me was departing at 7 am in themorning

If a mistake happens despite of this we advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will then check the applicable fare rules set by the airline for your specific ticket type and see if anything can be done to solve the problem.
