The meals are actually much better than I expected and the delivery is great. My only problem at the moment is ordering on-line, for some reason when I click on "go to checkout" it always freezes so I end up having to phone. This only happens with Oakhouse, maybe it's me!!

The only thing that I found strange was when I received an email to say that they were unable to get my payment even though they had my card details from the previous year. Other than that, everything fine.

An automatic payment is attempted within the time frame provided on your Renewal Invitation. When an payment is attempted, the attempt could fail for a number or reasons. As the automatic payment is not taken as a direct debit, if your card details changes for any reason such as; lost or stolen cards, the expiration of the card that we have on file and name or address changes. In addition to this, a payment may fail due to insufficient funds or the bank rejecting the payment attempt.
If you are ever unsure on any emails regarding payments, please contact our Renewals Team at renewals@emergencyassistltd.co.uk where they will be able to clarify this for you.
Ordered on-line late evening, got e-mail first thing next morning to say it was ready, went down and picked it up, simples.

Just booked "Goldfinch" at Haydon Bridge, second time we've stayed here. Booking so quick and simple. Tried booking a cottage with another company and it was cancelled twice because the owner wanted to rent it privately. Will stick with Sykes in future.
Because Parsley Box meals don't need freezing, they are easy to store. There is a wide selection to choose from which should suit any tastes and are all delicious. They are handy if you just need a quick easy meal with limited washing up.
