Web site is shocking you have to go back to start if you click on item & then want to return to where you were . Many items out of stock .items come many items in damaged packaging . Or missing items etc. boots need to get a grip & sort out the issues

Placed order for elderly parent for slippers as described orthopedic. Absolutely shocking. Order arrived & cannot get them on her feet even thou mum has narrow feet . Theese slippers are so seriously narrow you cannot get her feet in even thou ordered next size up . The company are not easy to deal with to get a return lable . They send you lots of messages advising how to take photos & what to put on your feet & suggest you stretch them . This company need shutting down truely false in sizing quality . In hands of credit company to get refund as they don't want to refund at all . SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Just opened a box containing Woodbridge signature amber & sandlewood room spray . The bottle has been leaking & corroded the top spray section & oil has leaked out . Telephoned aromtize customer service dept & they clearly didn't want to know as this was purchased as a gift & they needed proof of purchase !! I have the box & contents & you can clearly see its just been opened . But again there not interested at all & refuse to replace with something else . This is disgusting when they manufactured the product ,& it's faulty.
After receiving samples I cancelled any further subscriptions & the company have ignored this . I actually e/mailed them & told them only 12 days ago I did not wish to receive anything only to find that they have sent out further products again today & charged my bank account . I will have to pay out of my own pocket to return items & they don't refund any postage costs . Be warned don't sign up . There responce below is shocking iv only had one telephone conversation & emaild them stating I did not want anything from them but they ignored this & still sent out products. They clearly do not read the e/mails etc that you send them .my email clearly stated that I did not want to receive any products moving forward but they still sent them . Disgusting

Sorry to hear your frustrations - this is not how we expect our customers to feel and can see our agents have been trying to help you - looking at the email chain it looks like we sent cancellation instructions in response to your email and our agents also tried to call you several times but no reply - unfortunately you did not cancel the account - reminder emails were also sent to the email you had on account to inform of upcoming orders as explained in the email chain which you explained were received in your spam box - you are very welcome to send the packs back for a refund but unfortunately this will be at your own cost .
Had a telephone call from shola , whom single handedly sorted out the issue that I was having for the lady number of weeks . Shola is a true credit to the company & many if the staff would learn a great deal from shola if they put the time & effort in as she did . Shola resolved my issue within minutes. I cannot thank her enough as shola has restored my faith In house of fraser . Thank you so much shola .
After purchasing some light only to find that they fail a few months later . Your told you have to pay to return the items . Speaking to customer service MARIA is so rude , over speaks when trying to explain what is wrong . MARIA is very aggressive in the way she speaks to you tells you you cannot spell or understand what she is saying . So rude & Seriously treats customers with no respect . What a terrible customer service agent so much so that I would never purchase from them again esp due to the way I was treated by Maria & the fact that I have to pay myself to return faulty products which is expensive & not refunded . Avoid this company at all costs . High prices for cheap products .

Are currys customer support for real . Please see the responce & shauna mentions do i still need help . !!!! Yes i need my money back that you ate refusing to do & your responce is shocking to say the least . Obviously they have not read the issues . !!!!Well still no contact from currys head office uk . You do all you can in calling customer support/ service only to find out that they are not in the UK ( south Africa ) & have no understanding of how things work or what to do in the UK. They are very rude & speak over you & simply have no idea what to do. The people your speaking to live in south Africa etc . Its like talking to a 3yr old . Currys are still owing me quiet a lot of money £££ & are not refunding it due to a mistake they made . After my review they responded with an e/mail address to contact them with all my details, mob number etc , you again i responded with all the information for them that they requested. Absolutely waste of time as they still have not responded to me . I will never ever use currys / pc world as they have stolen my money all because I didn't collect an on line order i had placed a few days earlier. I cancelled my order & spoke to the hartlepool store whilst I was making another purchase & told them about the order I was waiting to arrive in the middlrsbrough store & they advised me that they had also cancelled the order for me . Waiting since 6th July 2023 , for my refund .

Absolutely shocking iv been trying to get my refund from currys since 8th June 2023 for items I never received as didn't collect the order . I cancelled the order & currys have never refunded me iv been trying to get my refund , iv spoken to customer service ( south Africa ) & they are a total waste of time they refuse to put you through ti the customer complaints office in Sheffield. You cannot get a phone number to call direct . Currys have taken my money & are not refunding it i have the paper work to prove the cancellation etc . Will never buy from them again . Be warned you might be ripped off

Be warned Good pet shop but why is it if you order your items online for delivery or click & collect there cheaper than simply just going into the store to purchase !! You wait days to get confirmation so you can collect & god knows how long delivery would be .Never heard of anything so bad as tjis before & has made me look elsewhere now to buy as why on earth do they have different prices for same items as to shelf price . They pay staff to pick & sort your order & charge high postage but you go yourself & pick your items yourself you pay a lot more . Absolutely no idea & puts customers off . Shoppers beware , try other pet stores locally as there a lot cheaper & quicker .
Having been part of the review team & being given the chance to test & review products is amazing . The company are always available to help if you have any issues . But with testing on so many items & categories it's amazing as you can select what you would like to test & review, and review club uk make the final decision on whom is testing what,when,etc you are given the option of purchasing the item your review & testing at a discounted rate . Review club uk are simply amazing & I'm seriously excited to be part of the team . You cannot go wrong
Purchase items ,arrived few weeks later , very very poor quality & nothing like the description . Material was so cheap & nasty ,& workman ship that gad gone into making a 2 Yr old could do better . They will not respond to you when you e/mail them to return items . This company need shutting down

Our local delivery man shaune is one of the best i have come across, very polite & conscious about his work , very polite & is always on time no matter what & nothing is to much trouble. & very honest , highly recommend
Purchased a kitchenaid fully intergrsted dishwasher costing over £1200 . After only 11mths fault developed tried to ring kitchenaid to book a repair !! , spoke with agent azad who was shocking to say the least , wouldn't book me a repair, his attitude was terrible & told me to wait to be contacted by planning dept & they would arrange an engineer visit but could take 2wks before they contacted me !. Iv not been able to use my dishwasher now for 4 days & still no engineer visit booked !! . This is the worst experience I have ever encountered when trying to book engineer visit for repair . I don't know when I will get a visit or even a repair . After speaking with kitchenaid & azad I'm left very very unhappy & distressed as iv wasted my money on buying a high end product that has failed with 11mths of a 2 yr warranty & told that kitchenaid is actually hotpoint/ whirlpool !! .I will never buy another product of kitchen aid & advise anyone to think long & hard about making a purchase of a kitchen aid product as if it developed a fault you will struggle to get a repair booked & recieve shocking customer service from them as I have done & don't know when my dishwasher will be repaired if at all !! . Its the worst customer experience iv ever encountered . I advise you not to buy or deal with them .thank you azad for the distress you have caused me .
Our local Hermes delivery man for New marske SEAN is 2nd to none & simply a credit to Hermes as he is always prompt with deliveries and is very keen on taking the time needed to give an excellent service
Have just had ROB attend my property to carry out a repair. Rob is a very efficient & tidy worker who carried out the repair to a very high standard . Rob wore a face covering when entering my property & kept a very safe distance . I would recommend that if you need a plumber contact DYNO plumbing and ask for rob to attend if it's for teesside area. You won't be disappointed. Fantastic service .thank you

This Ring spot cam comes with everything you need for interior use inside the box. A waterproof silicone case for exterior use is available on Amazon for approx £8. It is quiet big and bulky looking unlike lots of other security cameras on the market and I am not sure if this is a good thing or not, as you can very easily spot the device at a distance !! Upon opening the box you need to charge the battery for quite a while before it can be installed. You get a USB battery charging cable in the box but it's only approx 10 inches long. Once you have fully charged the battery simply insert the battery into one of the compartments and install the Ring app onto your device. There are 2 battery compartments in the device so you can purchase a spare battery. Alternatively a solar panel can be purchased for approx £50. The battery should last around 6 to 10 months before re charging is needed. The one thing i didnt like was the fact that the battery could very easily be removed by anyone as you simply press the button at the back near to the white sensor and this removes the battery cover !! Not very safe and secure and I think screws would be better. Your spotcam needs wifi connectivity and this can take quite some time to set up & find your internet. I have a strong signal but it took over10mins to get it set up . You can purchase a Wi-Fi extender for £45 that allows a better signal for rRng devices . Once you have the WiFi set up, simply place your spotcam where you want it and you are up and running. The quality of the video is very good but the sound activatioñ is a little distorted and it can be quite difficult to fully hear what people are saying. The night vision is very good with lovely sharp clear pictures. If you want to store your recordings /motion etc you need to purchase an extended plan-there are 3 levels of plans available.
With everything in mind i honestly think that you could get a lot better system overall. As you are purchasing a product that is not cheap and you need to purchase extras to use outside or extend your wifi signal to the Ring .and a yearly subscription. So your total costs are well over £200 in the first year. Please bear this in mind before you purchase.
The service we have In our area especially the drive he is so attentative & helpful .always has a smile on his face & polite. Something you don't see much theese days
