Total waste of time & money . Disgraceful

Purchased a kitchenaid fully intergrsted dishwasher costing over £1200 . After only 11mths fault developed tried to ring kitchenaid to book a repair !! , spoke with agent azad who was shocking to say the least , wouldn't book me a repair, his attitude was terrible & told me to wait to be contacted by planning dept & they would arrange an engineer visit but could take 2wks before they contacted me !. Iv not been able to use my dishwasher now for 4 days & still no engineer visit booked !! . This is the worst experience I have ever encountered when trying to book engineer visit for repair . I don't know when I will get a visit or even a repair . After speaking with kitchenaid & azad I'm left very very unhappy & distressed as iv wasted my money on buying a high end product that has failed with 11mths of a 2 yr warranty & told that kitchenaid is actually hotpoint/ whirlpool !! .I will never buy another product of kitchen aid & advise anyone to think long & hard about making a purchase of a kitchen aid product as if it developed a fault you will struggle to get a repair booked & recieve shocking customer service from them as I have done & don't know when my dishwasher will be repaired if at all !! . Its the worst customer experience iv ever encountered . I advise you not to buy or deal with them .thank you azad for the distress you have caused me .
