Used to be reliable delivery
Now I’m considering stopping all buying involving packets being delivered
My specific delivery preferences aren’t adhered to, packets are left in communal and unsecured areas of the building
Mis delivered items
I get a good response when I complain but it hasn’t changed how appalling the deliveries are

Excellent, arrived within the time and nice smiley delivery man

Gas meter has not been operational since August 2024 and an appointment made to sort it was cancelled on the day by e-on
I had taken a day off to be available
All gas meters in a block of approximately 80 apartments are all blank (meters are in a communal room outside the block)

On time, reasonably priced, efficient and pleasant staff

Sales staff very good and very helpful throughout
The recommended Soliciter and mortgage brokers however were not
The mortgage broker said they couldn’t help when another could and did
The Soliciter was unresponsive to calls until I mentioned to the sales staff at Weston homes I could never get through
Overall glad to be in such a nice place, but the process was a nightmare

My experience has been the same as others - delayed shipping , no response to emails until another one telling me about delays - 20% refund when item delivered to compensate for delay - or 100% refund now (I was fooled).
I found the item I thought I was buying on pricerunner - not thinking it could be a scam if this site was on there - it's not on there now so I need to pay more attention not simply trust without checking
Coincidently - my card was fraudulently used after this purchase, but thankfully Santander have an excellent fraud prevention team and I was alerted to the suspect payment to 'Microsoft 36' (nearly Microsoft 360 which is legit!)
All in all a frustrating learning experience

Pleasant and prompt collection and delivery back of my car
Useful email report following the service and a kind person calling me to outline and discuss additional work needed - telling me what was needed for the mot, what was necessary for the running of the car and what was suggested but not vital at this time

Excellent price for the insurance.
I needed to check something while filling out the form online and I called customer service - the lady answered me in one ring and helped answer all my questions.
I was able to complete the transaction online (saving me £10 if I had done it on the phone - and the lady had reminded me of that)
Paperwork through immediately - all clear and cost effective
Will check back when my other insurance is due

Experienced and helpful when I was choosing
The fitters were on time, professional and did there job with no fuss or mess
