The sites we used in our first year of membership were excellent - easily up to the standards of often more expensive independent sites. Site staff have always been polite and helpful when needed and friendly when in conversation. Exceptional were the two lady hosts at Minehead who made it feel special and the male team lead at Harlech who sorted out our fully serviced water supply issue so promptly in less than ideal weather.

Once I found a box to take the DVD's etc. to the Post Office, everything else was simple - sit back and let them do the job.

I was a bit worried about buying from an independent source but following the MS cerification link put my mind at rest. The download was easy but installing a bit problematic as my new PC already had some Office 365 preloaded. Following the info prompts on what needed to be uninstalled solved the problem and all now appears to be working well.

Well packaged and delivered quickly. Only issue is that the car mats are actually for a left hand drive car and this wasn't very clear in my opinion - which when selling for the UK market is careless. I was offered a return or a discount on a future purchase which is a fair offer.
