Great welcome, great service and support when needed.
The sites we used in our first year of membership were excellent - easily up to the standards of often more expensive independent sites. Site staff have always been polite and helpful when needed and friendly when in conversation. Exceptional were the two lady hosts at Minehead who made it feel special and the male team lead at Harlech who sorted out our fully serviced water supply issue so promptly in less than ideal weather.
