Items described as metal connectors for garden frames were actually plastic and badly moulded in some cases. Although the item costs were refunded, the postage wasn't, which as it was their bad product description, I can't say I'm too pleased with. Won't be using them again.

The goods I received were as per the order, no cheaper looking 'alternatives' and were safely packed and delivered promptly. I've now placed a second order for things I forgot first time as I'm happy to use Camping World again.
