i received a parcel that was not mine and he knocked on my door and when i said why not my bell as I am a liitle deff, he said tuff.
i took the parcel to the correct owner a mile away and he had mine. and he had a similar experiance.

previous two deliveries one of the tomato's was snapped i saved one, but the other the Shirley was snapped off to low and died. other wise ok.
since this was done Suttons have refunded my money.
I must say this was very quick and understanding so good for them.

My door bell rang and I was in my back room an d am 84 , by the time I reached my front door I noticed a car pulling away.
so I opened the door and saw a parcel on my door step, not what should have happened.

however i wanted a new tap and you price for that was nearly twice as much as other so sorry someone else got that job.

We were looking for a lounge chair, and the Staff were very help full. they gave us help with one chair we liked and we left for home and came back 2 days later having found space for it in our lounge. the staff then helped us again with the price and delivery. we would go there again if needed for more furniture.
