Product good but cheaper to buy new subscription annualy than renew

Have been using Mailbird since Windows 7 mail system messed up,easy to use and set up plus great backup with the few minor problems and help with installing on another system

2nd purchase, worked perfectly first time

First code did not work but sent another which did

Return customer, just as easy as first time

Finding what i wanted and easy, quick order and delivery

Lack of communication, did not email after delivery as promissed so worry of if it had been delivered, no reply to sent email query, and this is the only way of contact.
Previously delivered a lackluster bouquet

Sales great but courier was naff, texted me delivery due but never even attempted that day, turned up 3 days later

Good firm to deal with and reasonable prices on fixed rate
