Unable to use my Lifetime Licence after hard drive failure.
My hard drive failed and because of windows 10 no longer being supported, I opted for another laptop and Windows 11. Like a previous customer I was unable to use my Lifetime License key so contacted Support for help. The first attempts were unsuccessful and for some reason my problem was marked as solved. I contacted Support again and Axel fully understood the problem, sending me inrstructions for an install with the info that Mailbird 3 was the main item now but he gave me my Mailbird 2 information which was successful. Very impressed as I do like Mailbird and have used it for several years.

Mailbird has been wonderful since I started using it about 6-8 months ago.
Don’t trust “Pay Once”
This is misleading. Less than a year ago, all users received a message that a new version was coming, supposedly with new features, and that they would have to pay for it again (at a reduced price). But the fact remains: even now, if you visit the website, you will see the option to pay once, although this is likely temporary. Eventually, updates and fixes for the old version will stop entirely.
There are still occasional Gmail sync issues, bugs in Microsoft Exchange, and inconsistent event handling depending on the mail server.
Technical support also leaves much to be desired. Completely disappointed with the PAID email client.
Lucky there is Axel.
Had a little bit of trouble setting it up, my fault not theirs. Had a wonderful rep named Axel who helped me through it all. Nothing was too much trouble. If the rest of the staff are like this then I'm in safe hands. The email client is easy to use. Love it. Would highly recommend.

Mailbird has a great support team in place. My questions have been answered quickly and effectively. The staff demonstrates the utmost in technical expertise and congeniality, qualities that I find quite impressive. Additionally, information is given in plain language; I do not have to possess a string of degrees in order to understand what has been written. They are each outstanding company representatives.

I have been using and "old" version of Mailbird (2.0) for home use for many years now. It does everything that I require, and probably more.
Recently I had an Installation issue (to another platform) that I couldn't resolve. After contacting customer support my issue was resolved by Diego Martinez who answered my inquiry promptly and efficiently. The solution was easy to implement and worked perfectly.
Both the program and customer service are top notch.
Excellent experience with Mailbird Windows is equally positive with the new Mac version
I've used Mailbird on Windows for some time and was excited to see release for my Mac. It's working great, easier to use than Outlook, the lifetime premium subscription I bought several years ago works on my new installation, and the support they've provided when I had questions about the new install has been excellent.

The software has been improved over time. Updates are free of charge. The after-sales department is also quick and effective. Any issues I've had in the last five years have been resolved. What more could I ask for?
Mailbird Has Great Customer Service !
What made my experience great was the fact that Mailbird replied quickly, and went into great detail about how to fix what was going on. It was Gian F. who first responded, and I was actually surprised to hear from someone who read what I had asked and didn't just supply a "generic" answer. A lot of companies either ignore you, or answer something you didn't even ask.
