Losing players daily due to inadequacies and poor customer service

I have been playing Jewels of Rome and Mahjong Sheriff. Due to constant problems after updates; and now it is just a usual daily occurrence in their games. I contacted the so called customer service numerous times, which has offered no assistance at all; common sense would help here as the person would realize that if the game freezes, you can't very well take a screen shot, DUH. It does not seem that these people hold their customers in any regard, now they are not even replying to emails. I don't recommend any of these games to those truly interested in gaming, you will be severely disappointed in the games and the service. No wonder they have to recruit and advertise for players on a constant basis. I would encourage escalation to the corporate office if you can find one. 👎

STAY AWAY!! from Spectrum

STAY AWAY!!! THIS COMPANY IS BAD NEWS! Salespeople who are dishonest either by omission or just out right, promising things they have no intention of delivering! BILLS THAT TOP $235.00 for poor service! Then when you call, they refuse to assist "EXISTING CUSTOMERS", verbalizing instead, on giving beneficial discounts to new customers only....GUESS WHO PAYING FOR THE DISCOUNTS ON THOSE BILLS! Then their techs come out and they are rude, drill into your house WITHOUT permission or saying a word as to what they are doing; and tell you "The reason they are there in the first place is so you will "QUIT CALLING". The only calls were when their service did not work.

YOUR REPUTATION IS DWINDLING

I was going to go to RC Willey for purchase of two TVs. I called and asked about delivery charges, the list of charges were extensive. Now after reading all of this and the poor or lack thereof for customer service, I am convinced I do NOT want to purchase from RC Willey. Besides being far from where I live, I am unable to lift the TVs. The woman I spoke with was more absorbed by having me ask for her to complete the sale than what was important to me. How sad! What your company does not realize, is that one sale may not mean much, but word of mouth can KILL a business.

I'm sorry about the issues with your experience at our store. Our standard delivery fee is $59. If you live outside our regular delivery area, or if you are having the TV installed by our professional install team, other fees may be charged.
