Truly the worst customer support I have…

Truly the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

I have been trying for over a month to get Apple to help with a really small issue so that the iPad my son uses to do his homework can be repaired using the insurance I have paid for for over five years.

They refuse to let you speak to a manager, there is no complaints procedure listed anywhere, they ignore email requests for help and they provide a premium rate phone number if you need to speak to a person ... just remember of course that there will be nobody senior willing to take your call - or so I was told.

The most uncaring, awful organisation I have had the misfortune of dealing with ever.

Disgusted and truly fed up.

Why do customers mean nothing to you Apple once they have spent their hard earned cash on your over-priced products?

Be warned: steer clear of buying anything from Apple as if you need customer service post purchase you will be blatantly ignored.

APPLE DO NOT CARE!
