Bought a Toyota Corolla from Toyoto…

Bought a Toyota Corolla from Toyoto Leicester. I have now broken down 3 times. (23000 miles still in warranty)
Toyoto service in Bourrnemouth, blamed memory stick, AA said rubbish, battery faulty. Toyota Cardiff said battery not covered under warranty.
Toyota Leicester do not give a damn, Their manager will not even speak to me.
Can't even sell the car as Log book sent to wrong address.
Do not buy from Vertu !!!!!!

Bought a Corolla from this company

Bought a Corolla from this company, I will never buy another car from them. The service is pathetic....The car was delivered in a very poor state,dirty front seats with a parking alarm sounding. The car has broken down 3 times (thank god for AA). But even the service from Toyota garages is woefully inadequate. I have had to buy a new battery, as the one fitted to the car was not original, so not under warranty. The staff at Vertu Toyota Leicester will not answer emails, or phone calls.... so I have been defeated, no one will respond. There sales team are totally not helpfull, and managers do not want to know? Even after leaving this review, they say they will help, but I KNOW they wont, they do not care......

Moved into our new home

Moved into our new home, but found the central heating did not work (although the boiler had been serviced by BG 3 months prior). The seller said the boiler was working but had a small leak which British Gas had advised was normal. British gas kept replying saying they would investigate, and how sorry they were? But did absolutely nothing...Do not use BG for servicing,,,,,a waste of money.

Why will British Gas not just address problems, not avoid them.

Online booked property survey? Great....

I have not used an online method of property survey before, but have been really impressed with this method. The survey was done very promptly with no fuss and in a professional fashion. Anton contacted me shortly after sending the electronic survey, and explained everything he had found, so I could understand, his advise was well received, and I thank him for the help. Lastly a very good price.

Slow delivery. The compost came in a box that was totally ripped open, one of the bags was split, so some of contents was missing.
Still waiting for delivery of plants? Disappointed.

Initially we felt the price was quite…

Initially we felt the price was quite high, but when we asked other companies Hillarys was reasonable. The sales lady was pleasant and tried very hard for our custom. We decided to go with Hillarys, and are delighted, the product was fitted well, and the guys doing the job (Stu Harvey 112658) were pleasant, and did a very good job, even the tidying up was top job. Thank you.

Alex (sales) BRILLIANT. Everything from first contact to receiving car, was conducted in a very good manner. The car was delivered on time, and a few problems were put right with speed. I have bought from the best, (Jaguar, BMW) but this company has given me reassurance that Car Warehouses can give a very good service. Thank you.

Why does this company supply a delivery time, I have to wait in, then when the time passes they reschedule, so I have to wait in again. this is now happening on a regular basis.

Salesman very good and polite

Salesman very good and polite. (and patient). Car delivered with no hassle and very promptly. But some problems getting service history. Turns out it was a Demo Vehicle??
Had to fill Adblu tank on day of delivery, and Front Tyres worn. But Trustford sorted problems. Car in clean condition. Thank you Richard.

I have used Parcel2Go for years and…

I have used Parcel2Go for years and have always been impressed with there service...couple of times I have been slightly over with my parcel size, and they have charged a lot....but ok my fault!!!
But this time I listed item for sale at delivery price that P2Go quoted 2 weeks ago, only to find out that Yodel no longer pick up at my location..So I have to pay more for another company to deliver.

A long forgotten spirit.

I have searched for quite a few years to find a Drink that my Wife enjoyed at Christmas many years ago. I have not been ableto find it. Then we came across DrinkSupermarket, there was the Drink. It was a good price, so we ordered a couple of bottles. They were delivered in record time and arrived wrapped very well.

This company is constantly emailing and…

This company is constantly emailing and now telling me to phone them. They say I have a claim with Barclays, yet I have never had PPI with Barclays. I have reported this to FCA. And asked Allay to cancel claim (which I never wanted). I have sent letters and this week an email, but still no replies. There are complaints everywhere on the internet, yet they continue.
