Scam site

As others have mentioned - this is a scam site out of China, generated by AI. The main ingredient is toxic and not advertised on their website. They mentioned I could have an immediate 50% refund and when I confirmed - no response - after several follow-ups. Shameful but lesson learnt. Don’t make the same mistake

Non-existent Customer Service - they don't respond

I placed on order for the double Stride on November 29th. Shortly thereafter I noticed a local distributor offering the exact same product for a lower price. I reached out to their customer service email to inquire about price matching vs refund on November 30th and have yet to receive a response nearly one month later. On December 6th I sent a follow-up to no avail. This complete lack of response makes me quite nervous should I have any technical difficulties with the product itself based on others' reviews of faulty parts.

As I can see from other reviews, they will likely reply to get in contact with the link to their contact details which they don't actually reply to... so quite laughable indeed.

Unethically baiting for 5 star reviews

I have never purchased from them nor would I after doing quick research. It is quite obvious that they bait for 5 star reviews by promising to enter people into a contest for a free neon in exchange for a 5 star review on Trustpilot. This is highly unethical and an obvious ploy to boost their authentic low ratings. They also make the email request appear to be sent directly from Trustpilot through a phishing mail account.

Beware of messages like this:
