Ordered a sign from Neon Beach during the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, the order took a lot longer than expected but all in all, I am quite satisfied with the quality I received. Years later, it still looks great on my wall.

They lied about the time it would take to get my product. They like to advertise and shipping worldwide and the page calculated how many working days to arrive to final destination. We haven’t even been able to retrieve the package from FedEx as paperwork was not handled property.

I didn’t receive my order and have emailed three times to check on its status and no response.

I lost my lead whilst renovating my kitchen . I contacted Neon beach about buying a replacement. I received my new one very soon after placing an order . My Let’s Stay home is still looking fantastic 3 three years later no problems with it and it’s still very bright yellow . Would highly recommend. Thank you .

Very happy with my Neo Sign. Took about a month to arrive, but i was kept informed of progress throughout. Would recommend

Really poor customer service. And although the company has apparently changed management, I had all the same issues previously. Just avoid them. There are far better products out there, not sourced from China, with people who actually want to provide a good service

My sign stopped working after very little use. I had been worried that neon beach would not replace it. However they have said they are sending a new one this morning. Assuming it shows up I will revise my review to a 4. I am ok with things going wrong as long as the vendor is prepared to put things right as neonbeach seem prepared to do. 😄

Ordered classic smiley face neon as a gift, and it arrived on within time, looks fabulous and the gift recipient loved it.

My neighbour got her sign from this company so I ordered one too for my hair salon. It looks exactly like the website shows and has three different light settings which is nice. This site is 100% not a scam. If I could add pictures I would.

My neon stopped working and they helped me and fixed my problem pretty fast and very kindly. Not 5 stars cause the new pieces took a bit long to arrive

Haven’t used it yet as for wedding but have tried it out and it looks amazing.

I've had no problems at all with Neon Beach and would absolutely recommend them. The item arrived on time, there was nothing wrong with it other than it just wasn't what was expected brightness wise. RJ responded to emails all through Christmas and New Year, offering alternatives and support but finally we decided on a refund. It was dealt with promptly and without any hassle. Thanks for always being responsive and co-operative, Customer Service like this goes a long way!
