Didn't like the taste

The service and delivery was good, I'm sure the company is too, but I got the trial box to try and help with my POTS and I really couldn't stand the flavour. I tried three different flavours and used the recommended amount of water initially, and then I tried less and less with the second and third sachets but I just didn't like the taste of any of them. They're really hyped up in support groups but I couldn't get past the flavour, and I do drink a lot of electrolyte drinks so I'm used to his they generally taste, these are the worst I've tried unfortunately. Won't be buying again.

Always amazing service from Vitality…

Always amazing service from Vitality CBD. I've been buying from them for a couple of years or so. I've been really enjoying the Relax and Recover oils and I'm getting to sleep a lot easier which is massive for me, I've had sleep problems since I was a teenager. I've tried several oils now and these two are my new favourites and I would recommend them both to anyone.

I had an issue with delivery (DPD's fault, not Vitality) and they quickly sorted it out. Brilliant customer service and brilliant products.

Addictive and adorable

I have two plushies from Noodoll now (tie dye dragon and a little ghost keyring) and I've bought several items as presents too. I love all of them! I really didn't want to give the teeny spud keyring away, he almost stayed with me. But maybe I'll have to buy one for myself later.

I will keep coming back to Noodoll because they're just so adorable, soft and cute. My ghost buddy goes everywhere with me because of her small size, she's discreet, yet comforting. Can't recommend enough, you won't be disappointed.

Nice, but not able to wear some tops with them

Generally I like the two bras I bought, my only problem is I had to get the bigger bust ones and you csnt wear them with cami tops, or any tjay jave a slightly low or different neckline as you can see the lace from the bras. But they are comfortable and I forget I'm wearing them, which is what I want. I got them during a flash sale, they're a little out of my regular budget so will get more during sales hopefully.

Staining and discolouration

I used Wild for maybe a year or so, but I had to change to other brands in the end as it was leaving waxy residue over the underarms of my bras and tops. It was also causing yellow discolouration to clothing and I got fed up of trying to clean this up all the time. There's always a lot of product left in the refills and I didn't like having to scoop it out with my fingers and getting messy. Scents were nice, but I get on better with other brands that don't leave these marks.

Really happy with my bag

Really happy with my bag. I changed my mind and wanted to drop one letter from my personalisation which they were happy to do. It's a really nice looking bag, my only problem is I wish it had an inside pocket like most bags do. But other than that I'm happy. I got it in the sale, I wouldn't normally be able to afford one otherwise.

Avoid!!

I placed an order with quite a few items, I didn't realise until later that one item (a sheet mask) said it would take about 14-28 days to ship, I didn't realise this was a thing and so I asked them if they could change my order or cancel it. They persuaded me to keep my order but it took multiple emails back and forth (obviously taking over a week) for them to exchange the mask for another that their website claimed was available immediately.

However, my order was still not despatched 2 weeks later. After 3 weeks since placing my order I had had enough as it was still not despatched. I asked them to cancel my order and they asked me (despite me telling them several times that I wasn't happy with how long it was taking just to leave their facility) why I was cancelling and they tried to convince me to keep it with more free samples. I had to go directly to PayPal in the end to get a refund as they were taking too long to reply.

I finally got my money back and have placed an order with Yes Style instead. I don't think I'll try Stylevana again after this horrible experience. Should've seen the reviews here first. Avoid!

*Edit - not sure why they reply to everyone with the same comment. Why should I email? It took forever to get any replies, I finally got my order cancelled. Why are you telling me to send an email? I'm very confused by the standard copy and paste comment and I can't reply to it. Maybe stop sending generic replies.

Super fast delivery!

My delivery was upgraded for some reason so the serum I bought (Versed clarifying serum) arrived the next day, on a Sunday! Service was great and obviously very quick delivery for some reason, I only bought the 1 item. The service has always been good from them.

Forced to buy. Horrific and traumatic

I've just been reminded of this company due to a YouTube video. Back in the early 2010's in Leicester's (UK) shopping centre there was a Premier stall where a man forced me to sit in the chair while he applied a bunch of products on my hands. I said I wasn't interested but he didn't care or pay any attention to me saying no.

He started to give me the hard sell. The price started high and he kept reducing it everytime I said no. I was incredibly uncomfortable and felt pressed into buying a kit that had a file, cuticle cream and a hand cream with money I didn't have to spend. But he wouldn't let me go until I bought it. I actually still have them in an old box somewhere. I barely used them as it was just a horrible experience I didn't want to even use the products. It was so intimidating and gross. I was obviously unhappy and not enjoying myself and wanted to get out of there but he didn't care, he just wanted my money. Worse sales tactic I've ever seen. Horrific company! AVOID!

Cheap and nasty materials

I bought two dresses recently on the website and the quality and feel of them is awful. I bought from Shein once a few years ago and it was a nasty material so I never bothered again, these dresses are like that. I won't wear either of them as they feel so horrible and are cheaply put together, but to return them will cost me £1.99 and then I won't get my original delivery fee back so I'll only get £5 refunded so it's not worth sending them back. So now I'm stuck with two cheap feeling dresses that I won't wear and I'm out of pocket. What do I do with them now?? I used to like Boohoo's stuff, but if it's all like this now then I won't be buying from them again. I can't believe that these dresses are meant to sell for £20 out of the sale, no way are they worth that. Avoid.

Awful and overpriced

I have dry curly hair that likes a lot of moisture and not really any protein so I've only tried their 'moisture' (orange) line and I'm not very impressed.

- Moisture Memory Reactivator. Didn't like this at all! Tried it as a primer and it made my hair sticky. Tried it to refresh and it again made my hair sticky. The ends stuck together and made it impossible to put my hands in my hair without getting caught. It made my hair feel dry as well despite being a moisture product. Got rid of it after 2 uses.

- In Shower Style Fixer. Was ok, good hold, but made my hair feel producty even when using just a tiny bit. I liked the hold, but I hated how my hair felt. I tried it several times and it always felt horrible. I like my hair to be soft, but this doesn't do that. It seems to take moisture out of my hair as well like the spray. Refreshing with it was awful too, my hair sticky together and felt nasty. I got rid of it.

- Deep Quencher treatment/mask. Okay, but not amazing. I prefer the Jessicurl deep treatment.

- Hold Me Softly Style Fixer. This is the only thing I've liked so far, actually slightly moisturises my hair making it a bit softer. But it's expensive and I'm not sure it's worth the money. I get lovely results with the Curls Crème Brulé curl cream and it's half the price.

Overall, not impressed. Overpriced and not worth the hype. But I've only tried these 4 products, and I can't imagine I'll try anything else as they're too expensive outside of Black Friday and I worry that they'll all dry my hair out or make it feel horrible.

I purchased the started kit with the 2400mg oil and the gummies. I have as gifted a free 1200mg oil that was close to its use by date as well.


I've been using the oil for just under 2 weeks. I bought it to help with pain which it sadly hasn't helped, but it does make me feel more relaxed and calm. I have a gummy to help me relax, for after therapy or to help me sleep if I'm struggling to so I think I will be buying these again, but I don't think I'll buy the oil as it hasn't helped with pain. I wonder if I can send the unopened 2400mg oil back? If someone could contact me that would be good.

I buy from Superdrug often as they stock a lot of cruelty free brands, including their own. I've had problems with one or two items but they're always very quick to help and either refund or replace something. I dealt with Tanisha today and she was very helpful.
