I had to wait a while for my order to arrive as they had to wait for the tins to come via Royal Mail, but other than that I'm happy. I bought the volume shampoo bar to go in my tin and it's a lovely shampoo. Tin is nice, but I'm glad I got it during Black Friday when it was half price.

Really bad. I bought the IRL Loungewear foundation which was awful, it separated and instantly flaked and went weird all over my face despite it being prepped with skincare and primer with enough time for them to soak in and dry. I asked for a refund and to return the item but they said they couldn't refund it as I bought it from Superdrug, so they offered me anything from their website for the same value. I picked something and was told I would receive an email within 5 workings days with the tracking information, this never happened so I got in touch with them. They claimed the order was "stuck" so they assured me they would send a new one and I would receive the tracking within 5 working days. Yet here I am 5 working days later and still no item or tracking so I've been in touch again. I'm waiting to hear back from them about this but it has seriously put me off ordering from them again due to all of this. Really bad experience.

The service was good, but my partner tried to phone them to add the scratch resistant coating to my glasses and it took 4x 45 minute calls to finally get through to someone to do this.

I recently bought a jute mat from EcoYoga and I couldn't be happier with it. I love how unique looking it is with the natural colour and texture of jute mixed with rubber to make it a completely eco-friendly mat. It did have a strongish smell to start with, but with an airing outside and with use that has now gone. It has a cool sensation which I find really nice when doing supine poses and restorative yoga. It is completely non-slip and you don't slide about at all, plus it's hard wearing and doesn't mark like a cheaper mat I bought did within just a few uses. It is heavier though because of it being made with rubber. Overall it's great and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

My order was dispatched and arrived very quickly, even in these current circumstances. It even came with a sample of another product from the brand I bought from which was a nice bonus. I will be returning to Skinsider

I have now been using this for several weeks, and it started off really well. I was sleeping better, and dropping off faster than ever. But now after several weeks of use, the effects have worn off. Here I am at nearly 2am and I am wide awake. I'm lucky to get to sleep by 3am again. I previously tried one of Love CBD's oils for my chronic pain which did nothing, so I am disappointed that this product is now a waste of time too. I felt like I needed to be honest with potential customers. **

I have used the indica CBD vape twice since receiving it, and both times I felt incredibly relaxed and drifted off to the sleep with no problems. I have M.E. and I have had insomnia and sleep problems since I was a teenager, I have been on and off sleeping tablets for over 10 years, but for the first time in ages I got to sleep with no problems (and that was with just 2 inhalations). Anyone who has problems with sleep should try this, and I'll be recommending it in my M.E. support groups.

Next product I want to try is the sativa vape.

I am very pleased with the service from Bulk Powders. Any questions I had were answered quickly and they were very friendly. The website is clear and appealing, the range of products is great and delivery was super quick - it came before another order I made with a different company several days previously! The powders each come with the relevant scoop, although it is slightly confusing as the instructions say, for example, 1.5g scoop but the number on the scoop is 0.5ml. For some this is probably no problem, but I have cognitive issues at times with a chronic illness and I can find this confusing when measuring my powders. They seem to have lots of offers to make sure you get a good deal and there is never any pressure to buy when communicating with staff/advisors. Would recommend and I will be purchasing from Bulk Powders again in the future.

First time customer and very pleased with the whole experience. The choice of products on the website is great, as is the quality. I love the pens that I brought and delivery was fast - nothing worse than waiting ages for your stationary to arrive! I’m counting down the days to payday so I can buy more.

I have only been using the 250mg spray for a few weeks and recently had a medication change, so it’s difficult to say if my decrease in pain is due to CBD, but I think it might be. The spray is easy to use and you get a good amount of the oil every time.

My long term goal is to reduce other pain medications in favour of CBD and controlling my pain that way.
