Unexpected Subscription Charges and No Customer Support

I made a one-time purchase from this company and was shocked to discover—one month later on October 8th—that €27.21 was charged to my credit card for a subscription I never signed up for. I was never informed about any ongoing subscription, and I certainly did not agree to it.
I’ve sent multiple emails to their customer service, but I haven’t received any response. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Now that I’ve come to leave a review, I see many others have had similar experiences. It’s becoming clear that this might be a recurring tactic used by the company, and it feels like a deliberate way to take advantage of customers.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Delivery

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Sweeek deserves serious attention. I placed an order at the beginning of july, and what followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
After the delivery date passed with no update, I contacted Sweeek through their Facebook chat. Instead of helping, they redirected me to email support. I followed their instructions and sent an email, but received no response within the 48-hour timeframe they promised. Only after posting a complaint on Trustpilot did I finally get a reply—claiming they were “very busy.” That’s not an acceptable excuse. Once you take a customer’s payment, you are obligated to provide timely and reliable support.
The tracking information provided was never updated at no point during the schedule delivery date given, their listed phone number doesn’t work, and every customer service channel I tried was ineffective. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge a return shipping fee when I attempt to cancel—even though THEY FAILED to deliver within the timeframe they themselves set. That’s not just poor service—it’s dishonest and all of this poses as a red flag in the eyes of any reliable customer.
I lost all trust at that point and had to report the issue to Signal Conso in France, suspecting possible fraudulent behavior. (Thanks to Signal Conso for helping me to get back my full payment of 540 euro) Throughout this ordeal, Sweeek never offered an apology or took responsibility for the inconvenience caused.
I’ve received better service from budget platforms like Temu, where I shop to donate to those in need. Sweeek, on the other hand, has proven to be unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I will never shop there again and strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order.

Dissapointed

Yesterday evening i was expecting to received a package that was supposed to be delivered by DHL between 19:30-22:30 with tracking number JVGL06290308001843825096. I waited after dinner by the window just to make sure i didn't miss it, later around 21:45 I received a notification from DHL that the package was declined at the door. It had bad weather and maybe he/she didn't feel to work but in that case you could have delivered it to a pick-up point instead of returning it to the sender.. That was totally horrible of that person. Why lie about that, shipping fee is paid for your service. I will have to contact the webshop and request that my package should be resend but if they have to choose DHL then cancel it. Totally horrible service by that person.

Ideal as payment method

NS is number one in transportation here in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and for the most part the service is always great from my perspective, however the paying of your bills/abonnement options are limited to nothing.. they choose the date when the payment should be taken from your account and if it’s not successful you have to pay it manually. NS is a huge company and should be more up-to-date with the payment method. I propose that NS give us more options to pay such as a link via ideal. This will save us time and I can pay my bill with less stress.

Shein needs to improve their customer service. Its already a bad sign when the options to have contact with them is limited and even worst when they provide question for you to ask them and non of the questions relate to your situation. They don't accept responsibilities and always refer you to customer service because its difficult to get any attention there and they don't have deal with you.

Ali Express Stealing from people

I have done a lot off online shopping in my life and still do because of my busy schedule but AliExpress has to be the worst experience of all.. I’ve been disappointed many times by online shopping but somehow it work out in the end but I can’t say the same for AliExpress. I placed an order 3 January and received confirmation. 3 months and about a week later they sent email saying that the order is delivered which I’ve not received to this day. I’ve had bad experience shopping but never have I had my money stolen. It’s about time we do something about this there are so many people commenting about their bad experience from AliExpress I’m sure we all would like this to stop. I propose that we stay complaining to the authorities, take it to social media that we would like AliExpress to be band from selling or they should introduce Klarna has an pay option where you can pay after receiving your order. if you support this motive like and share so the message can get around. to many people has been a victim of fraud done by AliExpress.

Hayden Whiskey ( Where every memorable Tour begin)

My visit to Trinidad was fantastic and a lot of it had to do with the Trinidad Highlights and Scenic Drive Tour done by the local guide Hayden Whiskey who is quite knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He took us around the city and explained the history of Port of Spain and the things within. The view at the lookout is magnificent and Maracas Bay is breathtaking, the Bake & Shark and other local street food is everything you expect and more. Thanks to Mr Whiskey for making the memories I have of Trinidad a great one and he will always be remembered when I think of my vacation there.

Vreselijke Service - Niet aan te bevelen

Op 1 oktober heb ik een bestelling geplaatst voor levering op dezelfde dag, ik heb een bevestigingsmail ontvangen. De dag was bijna voorbij en ik ontving geen vervolgmail dat het klaar of verzonden was, dus stuurde ik een e-mail waarop niemand reageerde. Op de tweede dag (2 oktober) vraag ik mijn geld terug omdat ik destijds boos was dat mijn vriendin op haar verjaardag geen bloemen had gekregen. ik bestel vaak bloemen, maar de eerste keer bij dit bedrijf en het is de slechtste ervaring die ik ooit heb gekregen. ze hebben mijn geld teruggestort, maar niemand reageerde op mijn e-mail, zelfs niet om sorry te zeggen voor het ongemak.

I HATE KPN.. F#@K🤬

On 24 June i called to KPN to give notice that i am moving from my apartment so i Will stop with their service the following month 24 july. The contact with the Guy was super great.. however there were problems with his computer systems at the moment so i was on the phone for a while with him, then after some time hé said hé Will send confirmation by e-mail when hé fix the issue with his computer which hé did.. i even leave a Nice review for him which i'm now regretting. After hé sent the confirmation e-mail i thought Will that's it. Now a month later i recieved by email a Bill to pay for the time period august-september, i've paid the last Bill for the time period July/ August, they should be giving me back some money. I ended with KPN on 24 july, a month after i returned the box u sending me a bill.. i called 3 time to a number that i have to pay for and each time they are keeping me on the phone and not doing anything.. i was on hold for 26 minutes when i first called to complain, about 20 the second time and today 30 minutes.. maybe the person who accumulate the most minutes with each phone call receives a monthly commission because they only thing they do is keep u waiting on hold.. to this very minute i've not get them to actually do anything of fix the error they made. Now i realise when i called on June 24 to informed them i was leaving, now i'm thinking nothing was actually wrong with him computer he was Just keeping me waiting to build up call time because aparently that's how KPN company earn their income.

Essent tulp 1qq is by far the worst energy…

Essent is by far the worst energy company that exist.. I was call several times while i was with another company. After Many calls i accepted their offer however i requested that start date on a specific date because i wanted to recieved my welcome gift from the company that i was with at the time.. the contract was creatied, agreed upon and signed, to my supprised i recieved an email from the other company saying that i must pay a fine for ending before time and i can no longer recieved the welcome gift, when i contacted essent they said according to the contract i agreed to start on the date in which they had started, i went to the contract on the website and it was totally changed, its was good on my part that i immediately printed my contract after our agrement, i was asked e-mail a copy of my contract which they reviewed then admit that IT was a fault on their part.. they contacted the company that i was with and arranged for everything to be return to how it was. If i didn't have a printed copy of the contract i would have lost my welcome gift from the other company and also have to pay a fine and i would have also had to pay a fine at Essent because after that i wouldnt have wanted to remain with Them. I recently ended my contract with Them and paid €259 fine for ending the contract but with all the complication, Lies and decitifullness i recieved from Essent it was the best €259 i ever spend.. never in life Will i ever return to or suggest Essent to anyone.

slechte klantenservice

Toen ik voor het eerst ging huren toen ik naar Nederland verhuisde, begon ik bij Essent. ik betaalde in totaal € 104 per maand en ik kreeg een geschenk van € 100 beloofd, aan het eind van het jaar kreeg ik een aanbieding van een ander bedrijf waar ik € 103 per maand zou betalen en € 225 als cadeau dus natuurlijk dat heb ik gedaan. Essent heeft me de afgelopen 8 maanden zo vaak gebeld met nieuwe aanbiedingen voor mijn terugkeer, het begon vervelend te worden, maar uiteindelijk accepteerde ik het laatste aanbod dat ik van Essent ontving en stemde ermee in om terug te keren na mijn eerste jaar met de andere bedrijf zodat ik mijn gift van € 225 kan ontvangen. al het papierwerk was compleet met de startdatum (1-08-2020) dus dat werd afgesproken en afgerond. ik heb al mijn documenten onmiddellijk afgedrukt. gisteren ontving ik een e-mail van de andere bedrijf met de mededeling dat mijn contract voortijdig was opgezegd, dus ik moet een boete betalen. Essent herhaalt het contract dat op een eerdere startdatum was gezet (7 april) en beëindigde mijn contract met het andere bedrijf vóór de overeengekomen datum .. ik ben dat cadeau van het andere bedrijf nu kwijt en moet een boete betalen .. ik heb Essent gebeld de eerste man vertelde mij dat hij er niets aan kan doen. Ik belde een paar minuten later terug en een andere persoon leek het te gaan helpen, maar plotseling begon zijn telefoonverbinding te trillen en werd het gesprek beëindigd. Hij belde niet terug. ik stuurde een paar e-mails met fotobijlagen van het contract dat ik had afgedrukt met de datum waarop ik naar verwachting met Essent zou beginnen, waarop niemand antwoordde, niemand toonde dezelfde interesse om te bellen als voorheen toen ze probeerden mij om terug te keren. ik weet nu dat ik een verschrikkelijke fout gemaakt door terug te keren en ik voel me verraden.

I am disgusted by the service by postnl…

I am disgusted by the service by postnl and the unprofessional employees that respond to messages via FB/Messanger.. when my order was handed over to postnl from Amazon the department that receive made an Error with my address.. when I found it was taking to long I tracked it on Postnl app only to realized they marked it as delivered. When I called the woman told me to check with my neighbor. My neighbor said nothing was left with her and further more I did not give them permission to leave anything with my neighbor. I never received that package and they never try to help me. Up to this day my address is still incorrect in their database so my problem continue with every order.
