Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Delivery
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Sweeek deserves serious attention. I placed an order at the beginning of july, and what followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
After the delivery date passed with no update, I contacted Sweeek through their Facebook chat. Instead of helping, they redirected me to email support. I followed their instructions and sent an email, but received no response within the 48-hour timeframe they promised. Only after posting a complaint on Trustpilot did I finally get a reply—claiming they were “very busy.” That’s not an acceptable excuse. Once you take a customer’s payment, you are obligated to provide timely and reliable support.
The tracking information provided was never updated at no point during the schedule delivery date given, their listed phone number doesn’t work, and every customer service channel I tried was ineffective. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge a return shipping fee when I attempt to cancel—even though THEY FAILED to deliver within the timeframe they themselves set. That’s not just poor service—it’s dishonest and all of this poses as a red flag in the eyes of any reliable customer.
I lost all trust at that point and had to report the issue to Signal Conso in France, suspecting possible fraudulent behavior. (Thanks to Signal Conso for helping me to get back my full payment of 540 euro) Throughout this ordeal, Sweeek never offered an apology or took responsibility for the inconvenience caused.
I’ve received better service from budget platforms like Temu, where I shop to donate to those in need. Sweeek, on the other hand, has proven to be unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I will never shop there again and strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order.
