I HATE KPN.. F#@K🤬
On 24 June i called to KPN to give notice that i am moving from my apartment so i Will stop with their service the following month 24 july. The contact with the Guy was super great.. however there were problems with his computer systems at the moment so i was on the phone for a while with him, then after some time hé said hé Will send confirmation by e-mail when hé fix the issue with his computer which hé did.. i even leave a Nice review for him which i'm now regretting. After hé sent the confirmation e-mail i thought Will that's it. Now a month later i recieved by email a Bill to pay for the time period august-september, i've paid the last Bill for the time period July/ August, they should be giving me back some money. I ended with KPN on 24 july, a month after i returned the box u sending me a bill.. i called 3 time to a number that i have to pay for and each time they are keeping me on the phone and not doing anything.. i was on hold for 26 minutes when i first called to complain, about 20 the second time and today 30 minutes.. maybe the person who accumulate the most minutes with each phone call receives a monthly commission because they only thing they do is keep u waiting on hold.. to this very minute i've not get them to actually do anything of fix the error they made. Now i realise when i called on June 24 to informed them i was leaving, now i'm thinking nothing was actually wrong with him computer he was Just keeping me waiting to build up call time because aparently that's how KPN company earn their income.
