Despite taking a long time to arrive- always, no matter what you purchase. I do have to say the quality is excellent. Wash after wash everything still feels and looks just like new. The items are expensive, even at sale prices but the quality is excellent

Have purchased several items, and the customer service is amazing. Always respond, polite, and informative.. the items of clothing are excellent quality, and they look awesome (even though I am so much bigger than the models that display them) sizing is awesome and just email them to ask about specific measurements and they help you straight away. Delivery is fast. I wish I was rich because the clothes are expensive,
their sales are good value and I would probably purchase everything on their website.. but for now, I save up and then treat myself whenever I can. And then look forward to my next purchase...

There was a printing error on one of the t shirts. l sent them a photo as proof and the customer service was excellent, apologetic and sent me a non faulty t shirt straight away. So i found them brilliant. T shirt nice and soft,

Super fast delivery. I can't wear either of the products, sadly.
One item i made a mistake with the measurements but it was much much dirtier than the photo suggested. Then the other item , incorrect measurements.. description inferred much larger chest size than it was , (must have been measured when it was at maximum stretch) and there's no way it fits . Not sure if I'd order from here again.ill keep looking for sure, because i love the ideology. But this purchase cost me over £80 and I can't wear either item. So I'd need to be crystal clear before buying.

Food recipes are excellent. And they actually taste really nice ,unlike other diets. The only critism I have is that if you do more than 1 exercise a day , so for example, walk, do stairs, plus an aqua aerobics class. You can only register 1 activity.per day..there's only been 1 day in 2 full weeks of completing (I've cheated only once , because i was out in the middle of no where so couldnt cook anything, ) where I have felt hungry for the day and I've not even had 3 meals .ive been full enough with only breakfast and dinner. Only lost 1kg so far. So I'll be super disappointed and angry if I don't start.loosing more soon more quickly. But on the whole it's something I'm going to stick to fornthe time being so must be good. (I do miss bread though)

Customer service was excellent (on line Web chat) answered all.my questions. Still waiting for policy to come through via email which is jow over 24 hours ago(states it takes 5 mins!). . So I can't check my account or log in because I don't have a secure code because I've not been sent an email yet. After discussion with sheilas wheels , they suggest go via log in and then it will work. Which DOESN'T work beciase it simply states resend and I NEVER get the email to access the account.. it's NOT MY ERROR .

Great leggings, I had been worried that these were all hype and just crazy advertising. I'm super pleased to be proven wrong. Fantastic leggings, super soft, outrageously comfortable, so comfortable that you never wanna take them off.. plus the only leggings I now own that the waistband doesn't roll over when you sit down
