I’d a word with this company who believe when they hear your ascent you can be treated disgustingly and with total disrespect.

I make my payments but due to circumstances beyond me which is not a public disclosure I told them my circumstances and that of family members too.
I was asked to make payments on 29/5/24
Hmm FLUID put a default and a miss payment on my CREDIT SCORE. When I made payments even before the date. I called and complained but nothing and I was told to wait but it’s a month my credit score is down and it affected me mentally I’m in my 60s they want me to die due to this affecting me very negatively. A wicked unrealistic unreasonable company.
Run from them they will ruin you and destroy your credit.
I’m also reporting to Ombudsman

This people are just out doing themselves.
I’m blown away with their help and support.

I was sceptical at first but the peace of mind without bending my hands to but was phenomenal.
